Not A Tax Increase? Video ad
A conservative advocacy group closely aligned with the Tea Party announced a $9 million swing-state push against President Obama and the healthcare law.
The announcement by Americans for Prosperity (AFP), which is largely funded by the conservative Koch brothers, comes one day after the Supreme Court ruled to uphold the vast majority of the law in a major coup for Obama.
"While we are deeply disappointed in the Supreme Court ruling," AFP President Tim Phillips said in a statement, "this is far from over."
The group's push is worth $9 million, according to a release. It includes a television ad buy as well as grassroots and online efforts against the law, though the division of spending between the different efforts was not made clear.
Targeted states include Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin all expected to be hotly contested in November's presidential election. Blue states Minnesota and New Mexico were also on the list.
The television ad calls the health law "one of the largest tax increases in history" a refrain expected to form the foundation of GOP arguments against the law as the election draws near.
"Shouldn't President Obama's priorities have been creating jobs and ending reckless spending?" the ad's narrator says.
Romney is doing exactly this and we need to help him.
Obamacare raises taxes and imposes uncertainty and burdensome paperwork.
This makes all businesses less profitable and less willing to hire.
After 301 views, the video states an error has occurred, please try back later? I wonder what happened!
Thanks...I just checked and it still shows 301 views but the ad played. Must be getting many hits.
Hopefully they will be buying air time in states where the Rat senators are up for re-election.

The Koch Brothers and Sheldon Adelson are all richer than Soros each
Has anyone been able to view this? It’s still at 301 and I’m still getting an error, so I’m unable to watch it. This is a bummer!
I figured by now it would be watchable!
I just checked the you tube link I posted and went to The Hill article and that video works for me also. Don’t know what the problem for you can be.
Here’s The Hill article link;
Libertarians are your friends!
“...I wonder if it is wise to get away from the US ECONOMY as being the number 1 campaign target....”
Americans seem to have short memories so it’s smart to save the Economy issue for just before the election and then hit em with it right between the eyes so it really sinks in good and deep into their subconscious. In the interim, hit them with this kind of stuff. It’s kinda like baking a cake. The Economy will be the cherry on the frosting just before the election.
Wake and smell the coffee. Both parties are for homosexual marriage; one party is just more vocal about it than the other. So, marriage and host of other social conservative causes are NOT in GOP’s agenda. The best thing that GOP in 2012 can do is to slow down the national economic-suicide. Everything else is a pipe dream.

I wonder if it is wise to get away from the US ECONOMY as being the number 1 campaign target. You have a good point, but...
It's hard to ignore ObamaCare, and the shadow it throws over the future of hiring and business growth, when you're talking about the current bleak economy.
I totally agree, go after Obamacare on how it hurts the economy and raises taxes. If they keep the focus narrow to that I am ok. I just feel like its a trap and will be used to get the focus off of the economy.
I feel the Progressives will try to make ObamaCare a "social" issue and not a economic issue over taxes and control of 1/5th of the US Economy it really is.
Very weird? I wonder if tweaking my computer earlier made me unable to view videos. lol
Hope that isn’t the case!
There was a segment on FoxNews recently of the CEO of a company that produces political ads. They can be produced very quickly, I think he said often times within 24 hours.
The Koch brothers are Libertarian. It is a mistake to call them conservative.
Bad news: The 3 stools of limited government conservatives don’t always agree. The WSJ editorial board loves cheap illegal immigrant labor for business.
Rockefeller republicans don’t care about dead babies.
Good news: it could be worse. You could be a statist. The left is just a collection of 276 groups who have nothing in common other than gubmint addressing their issue.
Plenty of leftist global warning environmentalists, PETA whackos, pacifists who are against gay marriage and tax increases.
Sucks to be them.
