Obama: 'I hope you still believe in me'
By Emily Minner, CNN
Atlanta (CNN) President Barack Obama spoke to an excited crowd in Atlanta Tuesday, defending his Affordable Care Act on the eve of the Supreme Court's decision on the constitutionality of the law.
Speaking at a fundraising reception at the Westin Peachtree Plaza hotel, Obama told supporters "the American people understand we're not going to make progress by going backwards. We need to go forward. They understand we don't need to re-fight this battle over healthcare. It's the right thing to do."
He told the group, "I am not a perfect man and I will never be a perfect president," but stressed the importance of Americans working together and acknowledged his need of the crowd's support.
"This is going to be a close election. The economy is still tough and folks are still frustrated," Obama said. He explained the messages from the Romney campaign will be, "the economy is bad and it's Obama's fault," but insisted that when he travels the country his faith is restored each day.

Nope. Never did.
Because after all, it’s all about him.
Obama: ‘I Hope You Still Believe In Me’
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I believe. I do.
I still believe Hussein is dead set on destroying every fabric of goodness in America. From our homes, our schools, our military, our jobs, our culture and on and on...
The Kenyan bastard is still evil. I’ve always believed that. Always will.
I believe in Jesus Christ, Obama.
You, on the other hand, need to be scraped from the shoes of America with a twig.
Love it!
Progress...to what?
Change...to what?
Isn't their one whorenalist in Washington with a heart of gold?
I've never seen President Obama in person, but I believe that he exists.
I “believe” nobama should be cuffed and frog-marched straight to Leavenworth.
Nope. I think I’m getting the change part though.
Thank you for putting my thoughts out into the world with such eloquence. :)
I’ve always believed he is a fraud and muddled Marxist - and I still believe it today.
So is the answer “yes?”
My absolute pleasure <3
Wow I bet Romney won't dare use that line now. Not now that Bambi has expertly lanced it.
I still believe in Obama.
I still believe that at heart he is an America-hating, marxist, social engineering tyrannical dictator with delusions of Godhood.
I still believe that he has the soul of a con man.
I still believe that he is not very smart.
I still believe that he is lazy and has no personal work ethic.
I still believe that he is completely lacks executive skills.
I still believe that he is completely ignorant about American history, science and economics, and that he is actively hostile to traditional American values and culture.
I still believe that he is a Muslim sympathizer who has and will continue to take affirmative steps to advance Sharia law around the world in the United States.
I still believe that he will not miss an opportunity to act to the detriment of American interest.
So yes, I absolutely still believe in Obama to be all these things, which is why I cannot wait to see him voted out of office in disgrace and humiliation.
Give me one more chance, baby.
This time, I’ll get it right, I really will....
C’mon, trust me. ‘Cause I’m all I got.
Girls, have you ever been the recipient of sweet-talk from a total crapweasel? Then you’ve heard every promise, every pledge, and every sort of pitiful begging that is being laid out there now. Mere stalking seems almost benign.
But once you give in, he won’t return your phone calls, or even acknowledge you if you spot him across the street and try to wave to him.
Pathetic narcissist with deep-rooted psychological flaws. A danger to all of us.
