wouldn’t it make more sense to put toilet paper or a seat cover on the seat first before sitting on it? it is a public toilet.

and it drys real fast tooo... the chance of somebody putting it on there and it not drying before somebody else sat on it are in my view, very slim

What everyone has missed is the likelihood that this lady was trying to STEAL a bunch of superglue.

There just isn't that much superglue in one container, so it would take several. My guess is she had stuffed the superglue tubes into her 'pants', and then had to go to the toilet, (and maybe planned to rearrange some of the 'stolen' items.

Since one look at her indicates that she couldn't even enter a 'stall' and turn around without being partially ON THE SEAT, she probably CRUSHED the superglue containers and sat down before she realized what had happened.
