MONTICELLO, Ky. (CBS Cleveland) Better be careful the next time you want to use the bathroom at a Walmart.
Police were called to the store in Monticello, Ky., because a woman was glued to the toilet seat.
WLEX-TV reports that woman was stuck for more than an hour on the toilet because the seat was covered in super glue.
The unidentified woman was taken to the hospital after emergency responders were able to get her off.
We are looking at it, Chief Ralph Miniard of the Monticello Police Department told WAVE-TV. Right now I wouldnt be prepared to say if it was accidental or intentional.
Walmart has yet to comment on the case.
I'm pretty sure I know what the writer meant to say...
This probably all started with an innocent request to borrow a square of T.P.
“Right now I wouldnt be prepared to say if it was accidental or intentional.
So people intentionally glue themselves to toilet seats in public places? I must live a sheltered life.
Whenever I use a public restroom, I put at least 3 layers of TP on the seat. If there’s Super Glue on the toilet seat, the TP will noticeably stick before I sit down.

Dear 'chief' please STAY where the hell you're at.
As it is, you might even be in over your head in Podunk, Ky
RULES (if she’s under 30 and hot hehehe)
Women never look before they sit down.
I detest “journalists” and the “lowest common demoninator” style of modern journalism. Instead of warning businesses to be wary about criminal activity on their premises, which this obviously was, they warn shoppers to stay specifically away from walmart restrooms. Walmart needs to go over their security tapes and release images so someone can be arrested on charges of felony criminal mischief resulting in bodily injury and vandalism. But no, lets laugh at the poor woman who got glued to a toilet seat.
Since it seems that I have some literary license:

I seem to have a recollection of that happening on at least one occasion a few years ago.

LOL.... I can’t tell you how many times I have ACCIDENTALLY “covered a toilet seat” with enough super glue for this to happen. Heck, I have had to quit taking super glue into any public restroom.
You have a great memory!
Toilet glue victim tells of humiliation Oz
Man sues Home Depot after using glue-covered toilet Oddly, this was also in KY
Man stuck to public toilet UK
Man glued to toilet seat in Wal-Mart bathroom MD
Man glued to toilet seat in Wal-Mart bathroom FL.And just to show that restrooms and glue don't mix:
I'm going with intentional, even though most posters so far think this was done by someone else.
Video of the enterence to the bathroom is going to show who most likely did it, and I think you're most likely to end up being right.
So true. Hence the expectation that the toilet seat will always be down and the resulting failure to turn on the bathroom light on nightly trips.
