MONTICELLO, Ky. (CBS Cleveland) — Better be careful the next time you want to use the bathroom at a Walmart.
Police were called to the store in Monticello, Ky., because a woman was glued to the toilet seat.
WLEX-TV reports that woman was stuck for more than an hour on the toilet because the seat was covered in super glue.
The unidentified woman was taken to the hospital after emergency responders were able to get her off.
“We are looking at it,” Chief Ralph Miniard of the Monticello Police Department told WAVE-TV. “Right now I wouldn’t be prepared to say if it was accidental or intentional.”
Walmart has yet to comment on the case.

Yea, I’m thinking that too. Just too ‘convenient’ that’s it’s the biggest deep-pocket chain in the country. Not a bad move on her part. A silly trip to the hospital, removal of the seat without permanent damage, and she’ll easily snag a $250k ‘settlement’.

Actually, we had a nut job in the Boulder CO area who did just that twice trying to sue for damages. Unfortunately for him, the jury figured out it was a scam and awarded him zip, zero, nada.
So are we to believe she is too stupid to look at the seat before sitting down? My instincts tell me that she superglued herself to the seat so she can sue Wal-Mart.

Same here. Super Glue dries fast. There would have to be a lot of to stay sticky, and the woman would notice the mess. Even so, what are the odds a woman would choose that particularly stool, when so many others are available?
