NBC News' Thomas Roberts accuses Rep. John Mica (R-FL) of "sour grapes" and having "an axe to grind" for requesting Fast and Furious documents that, according to Roberts, Congress is "not entitled to." s

Yes, very predictable. As if there was any question that NBC, et. al., are the propaganda organs of the democrat party and the 0bama regime. Well it’s confirmed now. Can you imagine NBC saying this if this flap took place under Bush?
Did NBC say the same thing during the Nixon years? I think not. Typical liberal hypocrisy. A real journalist would risk his life to see those documents.
yep ... could be more people could die. The Chicago crowd in D.C. would never harm anyone. Now there is a fact which is not a fact, it is classified, one has been told. Heard it all the time the hearing was up and going. Classified.
RE :”Well its confirmed now”
??? This surprises you?

This one is from the Republican side, though.
EVOLVING TRUTH
The HALLMARK of the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION.
Next time Katie Courie of the world asks “What newspaper/magazine are you currently reading?”
The standard reply should be ‘I don’t have time to waste on official gubbmint propaganda.’

It sure would. Tremendously. But don't hold your breath.
Republicans treating these propagandizing, talentless slobs with even a modicum of respect, and an implied assumption of professional behavior, fair coverage and treatment, only serves to advance the Leftist agenda.
They should be cut off at the ankles; at even the level of foundational terminology they are allowed to deploy. (witness: “Homophobia” and “Birther”).
Their very framing of questions should be challenged or better yet ridiculed.
Too bad this guy wasn’t around during the Nixon administration. We could have avoided that whole watergate thing
This is a great blunder by the communist. With the executive privilege move, Obama now owns Fast & Furious just as much as Holder, at least politically. I thought he would throw Holder overboard at some point and fire him over it. Now he owns it.
It’s strange - in Watergate it was Nixon and his team doing the cover-up - with the press after the truth.
Today it’s Obama and team doing the cover-up - with the press doing everything they can do help with the cover-up.
The ‘doting court eunuchs’ of the MSM fail to notice how much respect they’ve lost...
I am old enough to recall when Richard Nixon pulled a stunt like this. NBC pre-empted their daytime programming for close to a year to cover the live hearings. My, my, how times do change.
Interesting that the usual suspects in the news media are still protecting President Obama. I don’t know what we can do about these people except boycott them and hope they go out of business.
Obama’s Lap Dog’s little Lap Dog yapping.
Indeed. Once you start looking for it, the bias just leaps out at you.
"Senator Schumer, why are Republicans so unreasonable? The president wants to spend a mere $800B to solve this problem. The benefits are obvious. Why are Republicans unwilling to see that?"
"Senator Bohner, you are proposing a draconian $50M cut in this expenditure, despite the fact that this will have a devastating affect on children. How can you look America in the eye and say that this is a moral stance?"
I know people who can hear statements like the two above and cheer them both -- "Yeah!! Speak truth to power, baby!!"
For such people, this is what an objective press corps looks like.
I’ll add Pillow Biter and Pole Smoker to that!!!!!!
I do so hope that people are making lists of these Goebbels followers for future use.
Those of us who don’t get invited to the White House still have respect for the law and the Constitution.
