Didn't see an actual thread we could use for a central point for election information today.
Lets do this Wisconsin!!!
Thanks for the link RabidRalph. It’s a tie! Who knew? ;^)
No doubt. You have a dozen union goons standing outside the polling place, and the pollster asks you who you voted for? Gee, what do you say?
Maybe not. They just don’t have enough votes yet to call an election.
So much at stake. How many remember sitting in a thread just like this as the results came in for Florida with Bush/Gore? Heart rending.

Walker and Keelfisch way ahead on 1 percent of votes.
Voted two weeks ago...wife voted last week. +2 for Walker/Kleefisch!!!
Do it. It's a hugely important job.
New Mexico, at least for the primary, has done away with precinct voting - All precincts can vote at any county location. All computerized - they check your registration and you sign an electronic keypad and they print a ballot for your precinct/district. Lady behind me offered a driver’s license for an ID and poll worker says “we aren’t allowed to ask for photo ID but we’ll take it if you have it.” GRRRR.
But in and out in five minutes - only a couple of contested races. And many of the state house/senate and local positions have no Democratic challenger in the general election so who ever wins tonight is elected.
Listening to WISN 1130am and they are saying the afterwork crowds are piling into polling places because they have been listening all day to reports of Dems just grabbing people off the streets and getting them in to vote.

Same here LOL !
Walker 57%
Barrett 42%
From Drudge:
BARRETT 42%
WALKER 57%
Yes, Cavuto on Fox Business News just had with 4,000 votes in, it is 57% for Walker to 42% for Barrett.
Less than 1% of the vote counted.
Don’t forget right now, at this instant is where the RATS don’t know how many trunks to open for ‘found’ ballots or other votes to stuff.
I expect phone lines and cell fones are burning up in WI as we type.
AP desperately trying to help the RATS out with incomplete data.
Numbers are coming up on the Wisconsin Journal site now!
Its from a thread here going on now.
NOT GOOD NEWS!!!!
Thanks for asking. My Dad is 76 and although he made me the conservative daughter I am today,,,he also had not voted since the days of JFK.
The Thanksgiving after Hussein was elected, we in the family were asking him why he didn’t vote in that election. We were at the dinner table. He told us kids that the last person he voted for was JFK. (Let’s all remember that the dems of JFK’s time were like the average republican politician of today and that JFK lowered taxes to increase tax revenue, etc.).
What he meant was the last time he voted, his candidate was eliminated, and it soured him on voting. For many years we kids prodded him to vote, begged him. Mom always votes, but not Dad.
Well today I called to make sure Mom voted and she said not only did she vote but my dad did too. I let out a whoop and holler and a “Praise The Lord!”. I told my husband that a miracle occurred in my family today, and he guessed what it was based on the fact that today is election day.
I sent a quick email to Mark Belling (subs for Rush) around 3:50pm during the first hour of his radio show out of Milwaukee describing this miracle, and at 4pm, the start of hour 2 of The Mark Belling Late Afternoon Show, Mark read my email as an example of the passion of the WI conservative vote in this election, and how people are getting out the vote, and new voters have been inspired to register and vote by what has gone on in WI for the last 2 years.
Back at a previous post, I gave the link to Mark’s show. If you look at “hour 2, part 1” my email is read in the first few minutes of that section of the show.
Cheers!
