Marine Arrested At Anti Walker Democrat Rally

My name is Dave Willoughby. I am the one in the video.

Without being told what I had done, I was handcuffed and escorted off premise. Placed in a squad car and taken to a police station. I asked if I should have my rights read to me and was told "You're not being arrested." My personal property was taken from me, I was fingerprinted, mug shot taken and locked in a dark jail cell (lights off) still handcuffed.

Our right of peaceful protest has been abridged by the present Congress—Democrats and Republicans. Until this law is changed, we can bitch and moan all we wish, but conviction looks like a slam dunk to me; this gentleman protested and former President Clinton was present. Ergo, he broke the stupid, un-American law.

He is, what we would call, a second class citizen. Persecuted for his beliefs.

The cops gave a whole lot more deference to the Leftist losers in Madison and the occupoopers. Liberty for me but not for thee, that is the Leftist creed.
These guys probably were ‘just following orders’, famous last words for any police state goon. It does go to show that there are a lot of police goons and thugs that would happily lock up conservatives in FEMA camps if ordered to do so.

The video clearly shows the first words out of the cops mouth are “You’re going to get your ass kicked”.

I think the cop meant by the crowd, which shows the cops know exactly that union thugs are violent sociopaths.

We the taxpayers are still paying for that fetid has-been to get SS protection?

Need to put a cap on that, a very short one, he’s rich enough to buy his own security.

The good Gov. Walker needs to call a few officers and their Chiefs in for a royal ass chewing about the purpose of the constitution. That arresting officer is a trouble maker, and obviously protesting the governor.

So now Romney can direct the SS to arrest any hecklers at his campaign appearances. This law sucks, but for now, it has to be applied both ways. Did you notice on the vid that some of the Barrett supporters were groaning when the guy was cuffed? Wake up libs, the police state hurts everyone.

The law is Prima Facie unconstitutional and wouldn't stand in the first Federal Court much less at the Supreme Court. An unconstitutional law is not a law at all, By DEFINITION.

I would lawyer up ASAP and DEMAND, not request, the resignation of the chief of police, the firing of every police officer at the event, WITH LOSS OF PENSION AND FUTURE BENEFITS, and/or a nine figure pay out for the violation of my civil rights.

He was taken into custody, and since he wasn’t being charged, it sounds as if he was essentially kidnapped.

If there was no arrestable offense, it seems the only thing this guy could be tasked with is leaving for being disruptive.

To take him into custody, incarcerate him... hmmm.

If being handcuffed sitting in a jail cell is not being arrested, then what is.

These are amazing videos. Those officers (and I use the term very loosely), should be fired and you should sue the "officers" in civil court.

You have my prayers. It is really sad that those "teachers" are raising the next group of communist to continue tearing down our country.
