I was trying to figure out whether Onaka’s signature stamp would constitute a valid legal document, given that somebody put their initials right after it. For just general legal documents (not necessarily certifications, notaries, etc), the legal principle is that a signature is valid if the intent was for that person to sign it and be legally bound by the document. So if this “verification” was used or challenged in court, Onaka could either claim it to be a valid signature or NOT to be a valid signature. And determining the legal validity of this “verification” would require deposing both Onaka and the secretary and comparing their statements with other evidence such as emails, schedules, etc to determine whether Onaka ever intended to sign that particular “verification”.
IOW, what Mike said in the interview is right on track. Having those initials there is a way for Onaka to distance himself from that signature. He may have certified this document, or he may not have - which defeats the whole purpose of there being ANY signature there. If Onaka intended to be bound by that document there would be no initials. The initials are his way of APPEARING to certify the document without actually doing so. Just like all the other smokescreens with this document. It’s a consistent pattern.

I thought i’d lost my mind when I read the current definition of requirments. I am pretty sure this all changed in 2008
but I knew I remembered back in 07 that it 0dumbo had been born in kenya his mother would not have qualified to give him even citizenhip status let alone natural born
This new definition makes no distinction between a citizen andnatural born even though the founders clearly intended one

I wonder if Stanley Ann’s mom was pushing for Barack Sr to honor his fatherhood and make everything legal with a marriage. She may have pushed for the in-person visitation of her daughter in hopes that she could have charmed Onyango into allowing his son to marry her. The plane fare may have come from Stanley Ann’s mom with the idea that things would work out in the end with the dowry going to the wife’s parents. There is also the idea that this would provide Onyango to make a new Muslim conversion, which is something he did as a young man.
Baby Obama was described as a large baby, which may have helped in getting through the restriction for newborns on planes.

I missed the quote you were quoting. This is a prime example of misinformation and then everyone runs with it. I could find no evidence that Obama ever said such a thing. I listened to his speech where he supposedly said it. Not there.
