House Republicans on Wednesday presented an amendment to a Department of Justice spending bill that would prevent Justice from using taxpayer funds to lie to Congress.
The bill, which is likely to pass, was presented by Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) and supported by several other Republicans who are outraged over a February 2011 letter from the department that denied any involvement in a gun-walking program....
On Tuesday night, the House voted to strip $1 million in funding from Justice in response to the Fast and Furious scandal.

“the very document they swore to protect, so let the punishment fit the crime.”
Well stated!
If true justice were to be meted out, I would rather the Mexican government have the privelege — let us hand the guilty over to them, as a gesture of justice and respect for their sovereignty.
I’m sure the Mexican government would show mercy on them for their direct role in the deaths of their countrymen.
Though I’m sure the U.S officials went into Fast and Furious with the best of intentions....
It would come as no surprise if the Anointed One told Holder Hang in there brother and keep stalling, just wait until I get re-anointed and then you will be home free you want to bet!

Senator and Mrs. Blutarski....
Go figure. It was real.
the House voted to strip $1 million in funding from Justice... By damn, that’ll stop the muffins at the staff meetings.
If Eric "My People" Holder doesn't already have a signed pardon (in triplicate no doubt, and stored in separate "undisclosed locations") I'll eat my hat. Well, I don't wear hats normally, but you get the idea.
The "just wait until I get re-annointed and then you will be home free" he reserves for Medvedev.

Why stop with Witholder? Why not make it illegal for the _resident to lie to the American people?
What a joke these criminals have made of our justice system and our country.
They need to be removed from our country and all records of them be eliminated as well. (Sounds like something Obama has already started helping with).

With this crew, absolutely.
I like your plan.
Make H0lder personally go into Mexico to retrieve the lost guns.
Another play on Eric the Red’s last name could be Hidler.
What I don’t understand is why some people destroy themselves by letting their emotions take control.
Would you prefer we didn’t step over that line in the sand that, until now has been resisted?
This was a suggestion made by Congressman Trey Gowdy and taken up by Congress.
Gowdy is Issa’s strongest supporter and also one of the clearest heads regarding constitutional law.
Do you understand this is not a step backwards?
Unbridled anger is not productive unless channeled into action. What have you, who say this is laughable, actively done so far to make sure the present administration goes down?
Are you supporting the right people with your money? (one suggestion) or talked to friends who are unaware? or sent letters of encouragement to the legislators who have not given up?
This is a warning shot across the bow ... not intended to do any damage, it is meant simply to get Holder’s attention. In another article I saw a reference to a Memorial Day deadline - that is when the stuff starts to hit the fan ...
Impeach him and jail him on the existing laws. Another new law to ignore? What? The laws against perjury, obstruction of justice, murder and gun-running aren’t good enough to ignore all by themselves?
