The defense attorney who wore a traditional Islamic outfit during the rowdy arraignment of the accused Sept. 11 terrorists is defending her courtroom appeal that other women in the room wear more "appropriate" clothing to the proceedings -- out of respect for her client's Muslim beliefs.
Cheryl Bormann, counsel for defendant Walid bin Attash, attended the arraignment Saturday dressed in a hijab, apparently because her client insisted on it. She further requested that the court order other women to follow that example so that the defendants do not have to avert their eyes "for fear of committing a sin under their faith."

F@ck her, F@ck them, F@ck their religion.
Best rant of the week! I’m going to print this out and laminate it and carry it in my wallet for occasions when I run into people as stupid as that chick lawyer.
She needs to be wearing a burqa. Along with Hillary, Pelosi, Wasserman Schultz, and all of the women in the black caucus.
Could someone please just leave a door open and oops, let these animals try to escape. Then could some red blooded American Marines do the right thing, which they of course would, and blow them away! My friend was vaporized into dust in the towers and I know he would not be happy that these a-holes are playing hide the hajib!

I am not sure how much red blood there is left here. We are monitored, observed, and criminals in our ruling class take the coundty apart, witness the socialist caucus in Washington on another thread. The ruling class steals the country blind. These things are without fear.
Is that image actually from the courtroom?
It is telling that such as ‘radical or fanatic’ moslem should agree to having a female attorney, yet demanding that she wears the hejab.
I tend to agree with “Honorary Serb” that the “defendant” wants to assert dominance.
Perhaps, his attorney suggested it, and possibly thinks that it would have a positive impact on the jury, well, depending on which points she (the attorney) wants to emphasize in defending the guy.
It is from the courtroom.
The probably don't allow food in the courtroom. What pork-related food has the strongest aroma? The people who are allowed to attend should eat some of that during the lunch break in hopes that the aroma will waft over to the defendants' bench.
The sharks deserve better food than that.
I would have to be court martialed for I would not adhere to the demands of the enemies of America.
You are right. There is a point where we come off as weak and perhaps even in the throes of something like the Stockholm Syndrome. I’m afraid we passed that point a while ago. How much more can they hate us if we don’t do what we are doing to cater to their every desire? Considering they slit our women’s throats and chop our men’s heads off and fly planes filled with men, women and children into buildings filled with the same, what more can they do to us?
These Muslim defendants want to play a mind game and control the courtroom. They want to exert their domination over the court just as they do every day over their women. The judge must maintain control of the court and keep them from making this into a circus. This is not a joke, this is not a circus. Thousands were killed on 9/11. This is the United States of America. The defendants are common criminals. Treat them as such. Get the trial over in a hurry - no need to draw it out.
The judge ignored her request.
That was the appropriate response.
Hail to the best post of the decade!
“The defendants are common criminals. “
They are not common criminals. They are terrorists who made war upon the USA. Try them and then execute them.
