Actually, this could be Red China's bid to get B. Hussein Obama re-elected. How in the world does a blind dissident, with trained guards surrounding his house, make it 300 miles through the Chinese countryside to the US embassy?

My guess is that the Chinese see this guy as relative harmless, but want to help B Hussein's re-election by showing how "tough" he is on China. The Red Chinese will "scream" and "Holler" enough to make B Hussein's next round of commercials.
