In the clip FPSRussia, whose Call of Duty videos and real-life weapon demonstrations have earned him a cult following, shows off a quadrotor a mini helicopter with four rotors - outfitted with a machine gun.
The machine is controlled by a tablet computer and FPSRussia explains that a camera on front of the quadrotor gives him a birds eye view of the target.

Is this guy really from Russia or is he faking the accent?

That guy is a character. Now that’s what I call a RED-neck, pun intended, but without malice at this time. With his sense of humor, he seems like a good ole boy from the U. S.
I’ll admit, it did make me rather nervous to see him flying that thing pointed in his direction at times.

Only a matter of time before that thing can fly itself ant target enemies without help.

Looks fake to me. Cool idea, though.
A few months ago I read about the installation of .50-cal Barrett rifles on UAVs for long-distance precision shots. I don’t know if it ever got implemented.

Come now, it’s not that hard to build. Large quadrarotor, solenoid, remote control electronics, M16 minus stock & grip, done. Nothing fake looking about the video (explosions obviously from planted tannerite) or concept.

Total fake. Just zoomed in on the firearm portion. FAKE AS HELL. It's a short Ar-15 upper. No receiver, no area for the bolt, no place for feeding ammo, no linkage to any ammo at all. The only mount is a rail-mount that puts the device on the bottom of the 'rotor.
Look for yourself.

That plus the instant takeoff capability, the choppy shadows, the slight shake of the copter that’s a hallmark of a not-quite-good-enough matchmover solution (though it is pretty good). I did notice the rotors swirling in the smoke at one point, so he may have had an actual copter there for some of the shots, or he just used a little smoke simulator and physics simulator action to fake it—I’m not sure which.
It’s clear from his intro graphic that this guy knows a thing or two about CG, and he’s applied it here for an entertaining video.

Oh, and the unrealistic muzzle flash was a dead giveaway, too.

It’s not even an upper, but a picatinny rail fore end some tubing and a flash hider.

Tragic, ‘cuz it’s so easy to make a real one.

Right. Should have noticed the lack of matching upper components. It’s a foregrip with rails, some barrel, and a flash supr.
