27% is quite good for Newt at this point in time...

I voted for Newt in NY today.

Hum? Well, when the primary finally gets to California, I’ll vote Gingrich if he is still in otherwise no one.
In November, it will be the first presidential race where I am not voting for president, all the other offices for sure.
I will no loner vote for a liberal just because they have an R by their name.

I personally think it’s pretty good, too — with NO money, all the debt, fighting the money machine, a press who ignores him ...

Well, well well. Lil’ Bishop Willard broke 50%. What a dynamo.

We’ll see if he can win the Democrat primary in November.

The truth hurts, but....the truth is always the truth. The reality of the world has set in tonight. If Gingrich has an ounce of dignity and loyalty left in him, he will gracefully withdraw this evening. The Republican primary voters have spoken quite clearly. Now.....the real work begins, the political wipeout of failed, America hating POTUS, Barack Hussein Obama and the entire Democrat Party. Anybody But Obama!!!

Why should Newt drop out now? I mean he DID get 10% of the vote in Pennsylvania, which is only a few points less than Ron Paul.

That was a ROUT.

Gingrich definitely needs to be ‘reassessing’ his campaign.

Sadly, it is uphill for the Republicans to defeat Obama. It can be done. I just hope chameleon Romney is up to the task.

We MUST get the current disaster out of the White House!

Sorry, FRiend, Romney is NOT the candidate yet.

Wouldn't matter anyway since he has no, zero, chance.

I agree completely. It's a strong double-digit finish and this ought to give Speaker Gingrich the momentum to continue. We really need a solid Christian Constitutional Conservative to restore America. Newt Gingrich is clearly that man.

I voted for Newt in NY today.

I'll do likewise here in Texas. Go Newt!

In PA, Santorum — who dropped out — is getting 18.4% to Gingrich’s 10.2%. Paul is at 14.3%.

If HE doesn't win, WE may not have another chance.

At the rate Obama is usurping power, and the feckless Congress turning a blind eye, in another 4 years, we may only have one person on future ballots.

Yeah, Newt laid a big fat turd tonight that’s for sure. Like Rush has lamented many times, Newt is the classic “what could have been”.

Gingrich is just embarrassing himself at this point. He’s had a habit of making an ass of himself at just about every turn since this entire dog show started. The whole process has been painful to watch.

Cain was looking great, and the media(with help from 0bama and the other republicans I’m sure) promptly ‘took him out’. Then Perry looked to be ‘the man’, but turns out that he couldn’t talk in front of a camera. Bachmann looked alright for awhile, but she Kamikaze’d herself over that vaccine nonsense. Gingrich looked ok for a few weeks, until he went off the tracks, attacking others with Liberal democrat talking points. Santorum wouldn’t have won the general anyway. That leaves us with Mittens, the Massachusetts LIBERAL on the threshold of being the nominee. What a sad state of affairs....God help us!!!

Are you talking about Dole and Clinton? Or Romney and Obama? Because I've heard this song before.

GAG!

Blitzer is pushing for Jeb Bush as Romney’s VP rather than the inexperienced Mark Rubio.

NOT ANOTHER BUSH. NOT NOW! NOT EVER!
