An attorney for Trayvon Martin's family believes their son's shooter is lying about injuries he sustained the night he killed the unarmed 17-year-old.
"If this is any indication of what's to come, then the lying has already begun," attorney Ben Crump told reporters on Sunday, while promoting a documentary at the Florida Film Festival on another case.
Crump took aim at Zimmerman's defense after it seemed to gain momentum on Friday.
ABC News obtained a picture that appears to support Zimmerman's claim that Martin attacked him before he fired the shot in self-defense. The picture shows Zimmerman's bloody head wounds and was reportedly taken just after the confrontation.
However, Crump quickly discounted the image and anything else Zimmerman claims.
"When you look at those pictures and you see those two little cuts on his head, that is not consistent with your head being pounded into the pavement," said Crump. "Objective evidence, evidence we can see and touch, is more important than whatever George Zimmerman says because we have to remember Trayvon Martin isn't here to tell us his version of what happened."

I tried to tell your joke, but realized it was kind of stupid, because if you think about it, you just said that lynch mobs have a lot of republicans in them.

Unless the case reaches trial or GZ accepts a plea deal, Crump doesn’t get his cut of whatever TM’s parents win in a civil trial/s. If GZ wins his immunity hearing or the judge grants the motion to dismiss, Crump gets zip.
If he uses “Stand Your Ground” to defend himself there can never be another criminal trial and a civil suit is proscribed.

Wonder what Dr. Vidor Friedman, president of the Florida College of Emergency Physicians, has to say now.
The court can tell the lawyers to shut the hell up/and disallow them doing these slander sessions with the media.

Actually, Crump needs to be encouraged to talk. A lot. Record his every utterance. Then take those recordings and play them in court as a part of the motion to dismiss for lack of evidence and a tainted jury pool caused by the likes of Lawyer Crump, The “Reverends” Al & Jessie et al.
