Background evidence:
I believe a deal has been worked out between the Martin family, the prosecutor and Z. Have you noticed that the mother has recently said, that what she really wanted was an arrest of Z... not that she was pushing for a guilty verdict regardless of guilt. They all know now what went down, and they all know the propensity of T pushing the envelope, testing out his growing taste for thuggish behavior in newly actualized adult, brutish body.
Z likely is remorseful, and wishes things had not gone down the way they did, but still, he is left with the proposition, that it was either himself or T that would die that night, and justifiable homicide is everybody's conclusion. T's family knows, they knew the path he was choosing, they knew if he didn't get back to the straight and narrow, he would either wind up dead or going to jail for killing someone, they knew.
However, the truth will not stop the NBP or Jesse or Al from marching, rioting over this so-called White-Hispanic killing "Little" Trayvon.
All the while, indifferent to the horrific Black on Black and Black on White murder rates nationwide.
Yes I believe this also. But look what has happened as a result. All the fuel of distrust and old hatreds has reared its ugly head. If we are to save this republic we cant just vote good people into office us, the american public need each other to pull this off.
Charging Mr. Zimmerman with second degree murder is an outrage and should make everyone take pause for we have now fallen into MOB RULE. I have been asking myself why when the first prosecutor said there is no case here, Ms. Corey charges Mr. Z with murder? One can only come up with but one conclusion, this is to try and calm the mob down. Never thought I would see this day. And how is Mr. Z supposed to get a fair trial? We should all be very afraid at this turn of events.
Oh and thank you JimRob for sending my password to me so quick you are such a sweetie. :-)
Which is WHY MOM sent TRAYVON to go live with his DAD.
I could only stomach just so much of the news conference after the prosecutor referred to the parents as "sweet" and that as prosecutor she just wanted "justice for Trayvon."
My thoughts exactly. I think some cooler heads have prevailed and everyone is on the same page.
The bothersome part, however, is the report that Zimmerman made something like 160 calls to 911 since the first of the year; if true, he was really on a mission.

You make some excellent points here. Now that charges have been brought, I wonder if all parties will agree to plea down to lesser charges.
If so, what? If you were Zimmerman’s defense team, would you please to Man 3? (Assuming Florida has some low level murder charge like that?)
Would you refuse to cope any plea? And go to trial?
We shall see......
I think you’re onto something. In a trial everything will come out, and America will discover that Trayvon was no longer the cute little 12-year-old they’d been shown. Add to that the possibility that the trial might be televised, and it would all just rub salt in the parents’ wounds. No need to go there when all the evidence points to self-defense, regardless of STG.
