"If we would just convert these investments that we're making through out government in education, research and healthcare. If we just turn those into tax cuts, especially for the wealthy, then somehow the economy is going to grow stronger. That's the theory," President Obama said about the right at a campaign event on the tax code in Boca Raton, Florida today.

Right, cause everybody knows that insurance companies and financial institutions had no rules or regulations in the early part of this century.
I know it true because he was using his folksy common-man voice (the one with the little stammers) while telling us about it.
Folks, in case you haven’t noticed, we have a lying sack of $hit for a president.
——There is video of this yapping fool at the link-——
Whenever I’m driving with my kids, and Obama starts blabbing, I can’t help saying, “Shut up you idiot!”
My kids have stopped asking, “Who?”
I guess we’ll have to vote for Obama as a bunch of freepers feel that if Romney is the candidate we’re better off with Obama for another four years. That tells me that Rep. Paul Ryan, Sen. Marco Rubio and Sen. Ron Johnson, among others, are truly insane in their endorsement of Mitt. Maybe we should vote them out of office as well.
Is that what it is ?
Heres me thinking the blue tooth link from his controllers keyboard was malfunctioning! :)
Good point. I’m hoping the Romney bashing will slowly subside. So he’s not the perfect candidate, so, lets not cut our nose to spite our face.
4 more years of this for those who want to stay home or write-in their fantasy candidate this November.
The biggest obstacle to a Constitutionally limited Republic is not a despot promulgating socialism, but the masses who have the power to elect him.
Your being unfair to “sacks of feces” everywhere. They add nutrients to gardens everywhere, and smell better than the foul Marxism coming out of Obama.
Who knew?
BINGO.
You win!
says it all. Someone please pull the pin so we can move forward. I’ll volunteer, just point me in the right direction. Damn these morons.
The wealthiest americans most likely paid billions in corporate taxes. He still doesn’t get it.
Romney won't likely do many good things out of Conservative principles, but he probably will do many good things out of the appreciation of efficiency and frugality.
Sorry, I just had to shout.
—...are truly insane in their endorsement of Mitt. —
They are not insane. They are just good republicans.
I think of this as similar to the end of the original “Rollerball”. The coach is still seeing it as a game and trying to “win” while the manager is saying “THIS WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE A GAME!”
That is, those still trying to get their guy to win are missing the point. They are like the people in a disaster movie looting the local electronics store just before a wave obliterates them and the city under 200 feet of water. They are living by past rules of engagement.
But they no longer apply. This is a very different world. Our leaders are desperate. Many of them know just how unworkable our economic mess is. I fear the solutions they are trying to work out. I believe, more than any time in my adult life, that we are on the cusp of Ezekiel 39 and Revelation. There is no human solution to the mess we’re in. We’ve screwed the pooch. Every month more and more people realize it. The only thing left is for the situation to reach critical mass.
The election won’t be between Obama and Romney.
It’ll be between Obama and Strawman.
Your post is to long to quote here, but it’s merits need to be noted, at least by me. Great post!
