But it does appear that 0bama does not even know ‘shorthand.’ For how he spoke, one might just call him a traitor. For his threat reveals his intention to break his oath of office and undermine judicial authority.

It seems that Obama is saying that the personal mandate is a “political issue or question”, that the issue constitutionally should be resolved by branches of the government other than the Court. It has been argued recently in reapportionment cases and Nixon vs US (1995), but not successfully.
