House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Tuesday she’s predicting a six-to-three Supreme Court ruling in favor of President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul.
“I have confidence that if we’re talking about the law of the land and our compliance with it that we will be OK,” Pelosi said during a private event at the Paley Center for Media in New York.
“Right now there are over 80 million people who are benefiting from the bill,” the California Democrat added. “We can’t roll that back, so we have to find a way to keep it.”

No one is going to buy Obamacare willingly.
Well, if the decision goes Obama's way, it will make him look like he is so powerful that he was able to make the Supreme Court bow to his demands.
After all, everyone "knew" that the decision was going the other way until Obama stepped in to protect America from unprecedented judicial activism.
The press will talk about Obama's "clout," and what a strong and courageous leader he is to bring the court to its senses in such a commanding way.

This seems like a bit much just to engage in some sort of performance for the cameras.
I think they are trying to make it sound like the law is so “for sure” constitutional that when the SCOTUS overturns it there will be a huge outcry to Impeach those rascally conservative judges. If they can Impeach one, Obama (so sure of his reelection) will get to appoint another justice and tip the court for good.

Typical for libs to try to litigate big cases in the court of popular opinion. Problem is that they would lose by a huge margin based on current support for 0bamaCare versus the likely 5-4 or 6-3 in favor of tossing 0bamaCare.

I don't think so. The Obama team spends a lot of time thinking about how to shape the media narrative and the public perception. IF (and I say IF) he was certain that the vote would go his way, I don't think this is too far-fetched a scenario given what we've seen from them in the past.
