Unemployment stubbornly over 8%. His landmark piece of legislation in dire peril of being dumped by the Supreme Court. The "flexibility" moment with Putin's pawn. Does that sound like an invincible incumbent to you?
It does to Joe Scarborough, and according to him, to every other member of the Republican establishment. On Morning Joe today, Scarborough said that while they won't admit it on TV, "no one" in the GOP establishment believes Mitt Romney will beat Barack Obama in the general election. Surprise, surprise! Blowhard Joe is actually right for once!

He can’t. Thats why the left picked him.

I call for a brokered convention.

now that Romney has all but locked up the nomination, the truth comes out. I knew that the insiders couldn't be this stupid. They want to lose for some reason (fear of riots?) The insiders went out of their way to destroy anyone that could have beaten Obama, pushing the one candidate that would lose to him (Romney)

The communists at work are petrified of Rick Santorum and of course, of Sarah Palin. They seem to be OK with Romney.

The GOPe are only selfish pigs feeding at a money trough.
Romney will win. Maybe if Newt and Rick stay after him he'll stay fairly conservative.

I don’t believe the GOP has any intent of taking the white house at this time.
Why would they? The mess is too big and any heavy lifting will come with blame attached. Easier to sit in congress and blame Obama for all their failures. Besides, they’re getting richer by the day and its just us little people who have to suffer.

If Joe said this, Romney wins in a landslide.

Seems to me since Mitt is likely the nominee that the media has decided to push this meme.
When I hear things like this, I always think the opposite is true. While I’m not a Romney guy, I will do whatever I need to do to vote for him over the current Regime.
To: Dr. Thorne
Few Republican voters think Romney has a chance to beat Obama.
It is the GOP “establishment” and the democrat run media that has pushed Romney on us

Joe wants a brokered convention with Jeb Bush as the nominee.
His 2nd and current wife use to work for Jeb, so that will work out nicely for the both of them.
