We all know how much Barack Obama likes calling people up to apologize or feign empathy with them after some tragedy. He called Sandra Fluke after the big, bad Rush Limbaugh called her mean names on his nationally syndicated radio show. Obama then called the family of Trayvon Martin this past week, several weeks after the young 17-year old African-American youth was shot and killed by a Hispanic man, George Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida. Of course, Zimmerman claims he was being attacked and an eyewitness apparently is verifying that story. Oddly enough, about the same time of the Trayvon Martin case, there was a genuine, racially motivated attack taking place in Kansas City Missouri. The 13-year old son of Melissa Coon was attacked by two teenagers who poured gasoline on Coon′s son and set him on fire. Coon′s son was white and the two attackers were black.
So where is the outrage over this incident? Perhaps it does not reach the level of a national outcry since Coon′s son did not die? While badly burned, he managed to survive by stripping off his clothing and extinguishing the flames. He is expected to recover though he may have permanent damage to his eyes and lungs. Still, a very brave lad for a 13-year old, who not only dealt with the fire himself, but even called 9-1-1 himself, too.
Attacked while returning home from the high school he attended, two African-American teenage boys, both 16, assaulted young Coon. He managed to get to his front porch when the two attackers poured gasoline on him, then set in ablaze with a Bic lighter. ″This is what you deserve.″, said they. ″You get what you deserve white boy.″ Police are still looking for the assailants and have yet to determine whether or not this case qualifies as a ′hate crime?′ Umm, Hellooo? If this is not a hate crime, then what is?
Of course, in the Coon case, there is almost no media interest. There are barely 20 stories on the subject if you Google it. No Facebook pages dedicated to seeking justice. No entire cable network like MSNBC covering the story. No Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson calling for marches, protests and petitions. No FBI or Justice Department investigations. And, no Barack Obama making phone calls, or speaking out publicly on the matter. Melissa Coon said that she intends to move away from the neighborhood that almost cost her her 13-year old son to a fiery death. She said that her 5-year old child asked her after wards if he would also be set on fire, too? The New Black Panther Party has inserted itself into the Trayvon Martin case, offering a $10,000 bounty for George Zimmerman. Will they offer anything to help find the attackers of young Coon?
This is not white against black or black against black.It a case that a “white” man shoots a “black man”, claiming self defense and not being arrested and comparing it to all of the “black” on “white” crimes where the black was found and arrested.
Give me a post where the white guy was shot and the black man went free claiming self defense.
That itself would be a correct comparison. What I have seen posted is all of the “white moms that have lost their children to black crimes with the perpetrator caught and convicted.

We can assume:
1. We can assume the attackers looked like Obama’s sons.
2. That the press doesn’t care because the story won’t gin up the black vote - gin up the vote that elects white liberal elites. ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBFOmUXR080 )
3. That poverty pimps and race baiters won’t swarm the area looking for guilty white liberals to shake down for cash over this issue.
4. That President Obama will NOT call the victims family...
5. That the MSM will NOT run front page ‘outrage’ stories about this story.
6. That the ‘race’ issue in this country is purely political - Democrats have NO incentive to make the situation better - BECAUSE the horror works to keep liberal elites in office.
the Wichita Massacre was on FR and that was how most of us learned about it.
It was awful.
I was explaining just that to my 14 year old daughter last night...
when she was telling me how bad the Zimmerman incident was.
Give me a post where that situation would apply.
