A school-cafeteria lunch lady and her husband have received hate mail, unwanted visits from reporters and fearful inquiries from neighbors — all because their Sanford-area address is being disseminated on Twitter as belonging to Trayvon Martin shooter George Zimmerman, her son said late Tuesday.
The woman, 70, who has a heart condition, and her husband, 72, have temporarily moved to a hotel to avoid the spotlight and possible danger, said son Chip Humble of Longwood.
The woman has another son named William George Zimmerman who lived with her in 1995 and still lives in Central Florida. He is no relation to George Zimmerman, 28, who killed 17-year-old Trayvon Feb. 26, sparking national outrage and international interest.
William Zimmerman isn't sure how his mother and stepfather's address became public. He said he used it to register a car, get a drivers license and vote when he lived there briefly after college.
"This is really scary, and I'm concerned for my family," Zimmerman told the Orlando Sentinel Tuesday night. "It's scary because there are people who aren't mentally right and will take this information and run with it."

Sue the hell out of that asshat. A good criminal lawyer should jump all over this. Spike is a public figure putting private people at risk with his own stupidity.

I’m sure some criminal laws have been violated here.
Of course, the current Justice Department is too corrupt to charge and arrest those involved. And local authorities don’t have the balls to do it.
A lynch mob is a lynch mob is a lynch mob.
Every single person who tweeted that address should be sued for every cent they own, including scumbag Spike Lee.
Let me add that he posted the address with intent to endanger their lives.
Pimpin' ain't easy Spike; neither is pushing poop back up a horse's @ss.
And if a black person comes up to their house, and a neighborhood watch person call the cops, they’ll be called racist for thinking black people are up to no good.
Meanwhile, there is the real possibility that Trayvon Martin is dead because his parents were racists who taught him that white people are always going to want to do him harm, that if he dresses “wrong” people will come after him. This could well be why, when he knew Zimmerman was following him, he decided to turn on him and confront him and beat him up — because Martin feared for his life because of his parent’s racism.
These people have only one recourse. It’s obvious no one is going to be jailed over this but even if Lee were jailed the only recourse for this couple is to sue his ass. They should find a shark sleazy lawyer and sue his ass off. Some sleazebag attorney is probably on the phone with them as we speak.
If someone dies over this, there is going to be HOLY HELL to PAY.
Hmmmmm. Someone should tweet that Zimmerman’s address is 1600 Pennsylvania avenue in D.C.
Get a clue.
Twitter is the post office, the phone company, the effin' carrier, what have you. One should not click Post before having a clue!
Titter deserves our thanks for creating a venue in which Spike Lee could prove what the sum total of his miserable life amounts to!

I have some younger black folks that live around me and they drop by quite a bit to just hang out. Treyvon was on a mission. The friends around here are not even bringing this up. Treyvon attacked someone and got shot. Sometimes things happen in a bad way, but for the media to bring up hispanic vs black crime in this case is quite pathetic.
Of course they are. They knew that their kid was a bum thug and they are happy to be rid of him. He must have been a joy in that family.
This would be a great time for the President of the United States of America to remind us of the need for civility and the importance of due process, just like he did when Major Hasan slaughtered 13 Americans.
But I guarantee he won’t. We have a community organizer in chief, not a president. And the converse of Alinsky’s “make your enemy live up to his book of rules” is that you never, ever admit to any wrongdoing by your own side.
