Moving to the serious side for a moment, I see society wide evidence that most blacks, including public "servants" opt to side with racial color rather than objective observation.

For convenience, the prosecutor can bypass the police and present whatever selected evidence she wishes to a Grand Jury with immunity (for the prosecutor) and little risk of consequences.

She can bring in ham sandwiches for lunch, (and so the jury doesn't get confused), and assure herself of every black vote in the county for 200 years (as LBJ would say).

So this ain't going away, but there is still the risk that the New Black Panthers will do something really stupid despite her.

He was asked to stop, he lost track, went back his vehicle when he was approached from behind.

So, he did stop. Personally, I would hope more people took notice of what looks out of place in their communities. I don’t think he did anything wrong whatsoever.

Where is there any evidence that Zimmerman continued to follow Martin? How did you arrive at the conclusion that he kept following? He said he stopped and was heading back to his vehicle.

I did a little research on the picture you posted. The Miami Gardens Bulldogs are a peewee football team - which means that Martin could not have been more than 12-13 years old in that picture.

There is nothing illegal about getting out of a vehicle to observe something. MAybe big sis with the see something say something fueled his passion. But, he was not WARNED. It was not even a lawful order.

Plus, it was Martin who approached and confronted Zimmerman. You really should go to the sanford PD website for the facts.

Additionally, Zimmerman was a Neighborhood Watch trained Officer, with drug interdiction training.

His job was to follow, observe and report on suspicious persons in his neighborhood, where he was, and he did all three.

Zimmerman said Martin punched him and evidence on him supports that. I’m guessing that the corornor will have been able to indentify any bruising or cuts on Martin’s knuckles consistant with that if that’s the case.

He did get out and follow, fact no law was broken.
He was told to not follow, fact, he then turned around and headed back to his car, FACT,
he then was punched and knocked to the ground FACT.

That answers your question so my advice to you as you still not comprehend the FACTS is that do some research, look around on here and stop thinking your local news is telling you the truth.
Even by making that question and saying he did not turn back to his car shows how you do not know what is ahppeneing and maybe the Today show, GMA, Ellen, Oprah etc what ever crap you watch is not telling you everything
