I am not familiar with this Daisey guy, but he appears affiliated with the NYSLimes, which I understand was blacklisted by Apple over this story. Is he just another liberal liar?

The phrase “liberal liar” is redundant.

A new episode explaining how the show was duped will air Friday at 8 p.m. According to Schmitz, Daisey admits on the show that he never talked to poisoned workers.

Another article on "This American Life" retracting the Apple/FoxConn "slave labor story" as fabricatedPING! Daisey admits he never spoke to "poisoned" workers (they did not work at FoxConn, were at another company, a thousand miles away) and did not talk to any underage workers! An independent audit found workers are NOT working 12 hour days, as This American Life and others were claiming... in fact, the main complaint of workers was the LACK of overtime availability, to make more money.

Personally, I’d love to see Mr. Daisy get hit with a multi-million Slander and Libel suit. His lies cost Apple and Foxconn huge “real money” audits to prove their innocence; then once their audits were completed, they were again attacked as “lies” by Mr. Daisey.
Mr. Daisey has the ‘right’ to say whatever he wants, but the caveat is that he have some ‘real life’ basis for his comments and articles. As this has wrung out, he fabricated his stories, for his own promotional gains, at the expense of Apple and Foxconn.
