Tha ks for keeping tally, Charles. With the state of our Nation, that ANY CONSERVATIVE WOULD PROUDLY PROCLAIM “I’LL STAY HOME” just burns me. Pride goeth before a fall (into the abyss of socialism)!

AGREED. We need that money to beat the Bamster in November.
Mitt, you've had your run. Time to do the right thing and get out.

My wife and I said we would vote for either Newt or Rick based upon the polls for Illinois. Newt is running far behind Rick, who is statistically tied with Romney here. Its a no-brainer to vote for Santorum here, as a result. I'm of the same mind. I would vote for either Rick and Newt; a "moderate RINO" like Romney would be a disaster. Now that Santorum is proving to be the only viable challenge to Romney, for the life of me I can't understand why Newt is stubbornly persisting.
I wish Rick would call Newt and offer him any position in his administration if he would withdraw his candidacy.

Mark the time.
MISSISSIPPI ALSO CALLED FOR RICK SANTORUM (CNN)
CNN has the yellow check mark next to his name as victor in Mississippi as well.

CNN calls MS for Rick Santorum. On to Hawaii and American Samoa. The voters have said to all the ad selling pundits and GOP E people who wanted this primary to be over, screw you!!!!

We are in severe trouble-the religious right gave him the win/not the unity of conservatives. We Need Newt. The country needs Newt. Rush, Mark Levine won tonight Somewhere in cyberspace there's an email between Rush and Mark with the words: "What the hell did we do? Who thought he'd be viable....we were just going for ratings!"
To: Cato in PA
“If Santorum was the GOP nominee, Id vote for him as long as he didnt pick a RINO for VP.”
Ok, I’ll be the first to say it:
Santorum/Palin 2012
To: Lexinom
The Gingrich people are looking rather silly and sour grapes-ey at the moment. I'm with you and would be fine with Newt, but we have to beat Romney. Obama can be beaten by a ham sandwich. Rick Santorum has shown himself to be the better candidate. With his paltry resources, he should not have gotten this far. This is the hand of God on David against the Romney-Golaith-establishment machine. C'mon, people! This is a happy night even you weren't for Rick. Romney is in THIRD PLACE in both states! We (Newt and Rick people aka conservatives) did it! No... The good Lord above did it... Praise Him!
I disagree.

"Well if Newt doesnt believe in Global warming ,,,what was he doing on that couch?" Go to youtube and watch it again...Newt did not endorse man-made global warming. That said, it lends itself to misinterpretation and Newt said he regrets it.....unlike Rick, who does not regret supporting Arlen Spector, who could have killed Obamacare in committee but refused.
And please spare us the negativity about Nancy as his 4th wife

Actually FAUX is in the tank for ABG, (anybody but gingrich) but ONLY when their own fair haired darling (Romnebus) losing badly.
Marginalizing Newt is in the contract with the media, otherwise, the RINO-E and FOX doesn’t care two flips about Rick Santorum.
Rick is a threat to no one, thus the onslaught laser like focus on silencing, ignoring, marginalizing and demoralizing the Newt campaign.

Thats 5 Gingrich supporters in this thread who insist they wont vote for Rick Santorum if he is the nominee, thus helping Obama win a 2nd term. What are they thinking? Anyone can see that we will no longer be a free nation if Obama gets a second term. Anyone can see that Christians will be villified and our freedom of speech and religion will be in danger. What are they thinking?

If you mean he wants marriage to be between 1 man and 1 woman then yes he supports the catholic social agenda. Ditto for abortion. And I pray he does something to take the pill away from Americans...is that your issue?
All three are socialists.
