Okay, how about the author of this piece of crap show us how it’s done. No oil for you. You live without it. (More for me, and I will be much less inconvenienced and more comfortable than you).

So what have we learned from this, apart from the fact that Senator Al Franken may have been right?
Yeah, tons of credibility here.

(as most of you know, his vile, disgusting and misogynistic comments on Sandra Fluke have worked out so well for him) This is why do you should never apologize to a Liberal. It's like blood in the water. They only feel encouraged to attack you more.

All energy is subsidized by the tax payer, but solar, as it is today is good at charging batteries.

Big deal. I’d bet virtually all the growth in the solar industry was due to government(taxpayer) subsidies.

Funny how the article never mentions Solyndra, Ener1, Beacan Power, Evergreen Solar, SpectraWatt, Fiskars.
Of the 12 green companies that have been bankrolled by Obama, six have filed for bankruptcy: Solyndra, Beacon Power, Evergreen Solar, SpectraWatt, AEA and Ener1.
And no mention of the failed Chevy Volt.
I’m sure this is all just a mere oversight of the author, right?

Can either of these industries stand on their own without government financial and regulatory assistance?
If not, these are not industries, they are jobs programs and money laundering operations for big money political donors.

Writer must be upset that his own investments in Solar have or are in the process of going “bye, bye”. And use of the word “stupider” in a published article is the written equivalent of hitting a tire with a baseball bat and having it bounce back into one’s forehead. That the word “dork” is part of this fellow’s family name is just more evidence that G*d has a truly refined sense of humor.

There was more stupid in that one article that I have seen in a long time. The article is excellent proof of the stupidity of the liberal and the type of ridiculous conclusions they make. No facts, just emotion.

I have a question for this author. If alternative energies are so wonderfully successful; then, how come they are going belly up all over the place?

Extracting more oil wouldnt bring down gas prices, no matter how much Limbaugh and his friends want it to This man displays a stunning ignorance of the simplest principle in economics - the law of supply and demand.
Of course, he wouldn't know anything about that, since he operates in an imaginary industry where those things are rendered obsolete by a steady influx of money stolen from the taxpayers.
