Getting Holder out of government will make it much easier for Arizona to prosecute him for murder.
It’s a GD cover up that goes all the way to the whitehouse. Call it what it obviously is Greta! Hundreds, possibly thousands of people are dead because someone at the highest level of government ordered US gun dealers to sell guns to known Mexican cartel members. This has conspiracy written all over it and if Bush was still in charge, the impeachment proceedings would already have been wrapped up.

Greta would make a far better Chairman than Issa. In the interview, she kept chastising him for not getting any results for the families, letting Holder and others slip and slide rather than pinning them to the wall, and all Issa could do is nod and shrug his shoulders like a dopey schoolboy getting chewed out by a teacher, knowing full well nothing more would come of it.

I’m sick and tired of people telling us we can never have anything but a two-party system. We deserve better than this!
The very idea that Issa is willing to let holder plead out and walk away tells me he has no intention of getting to the absolute bottom...or top...of this crime against US and humanity. I am just sick.

Issa also knows that, for the most part, if there was a conviction, Obama would just pardon him. And so would Joe Biden.
Holden would never spend even a single day in prison.

Amen! Failure to vigorously prosecute crimes is tantamount to a cover-up, and Issa needs to grow a pair and do his job, or resign and make room for someone else who will.
If we are willing to plea-bargain the murder of US citizens through the covert actions of the US government, then we have lost our soul.
Screw Obama and his pardons. We do not fail to prosecute crimes because of the possibility of a pardon down the road. To do otherwise is to toss the rule of law into the dumpster.
Either Issa is holding a pair of Aces, or he wants Holder to think he is. I have a feeling Monday is going to be interesting.

Trying him in America would likely lead to an immediate pardon, because he was acting on the behalf of the federal government.
However, if he’s out of government, he may be subject to extradition to Mexico.
No room for the fifth down there and I’m sure Mexico might be a bit more vested in an honest conviction.
It could be for another reason. 1, you know you got something against the General so clear the pawns out of the way. or 2, he knows that if Holder does plead the fifth and resign, it would be devastating PR and could politically weaken Obama. While legally pleading the 5th is no admission of guilt, something like that happening in the eyes of the public is tantamount to an admission of guilt.
Another option is Issa is playing a bluff. He may not have that one piece of damning evidence he needs but he is making Holder think he does.
Thought this was about stalling this thing to break when Republicans want it to break, and that will be much closer to the election. We have no clue what is coming down on Issa for persuing this. Ulsterman Report has been a very good read for weeks, and this has been pine subject of discussion.
If Obama was convicted and dragged out of office, who is next in line for the presidency?
Who do you think would be pardoning Obama and Holder and then assume a quiet retirement?
This Border issue isn't going to be cleared up either....too many have their hands in the money/drug pot...politicians especially. Who's going to stop a 400 Billion a year money machine!
No more than anyones going to stop Obama and his....only he's using our money to the deeds
