There will be no Fifth Amendment Theater tomorrow of the Phoenix US Attorneys being forced to say their I-don't-wannas in front of the cameras, Mike Vanderboegh of Sipsey Street Irregulars files in an exclusive report today from Washington, DC.
There will be only one panel of one -- Eric Holder. This is viewed by many who have been following the investigation as a serious mistake. Said one, "More simple browbeating of Eric Eric Holder without dramatic new evidence to impeach his story is going to look petty, mean and impotent.
Perhaps. After all, House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Darrell Issa has pledged We are still going to bring him forward in response to Chief of the Criminal Division in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Arizona Patrick Cunninghams decision to invoke his right not to self-incriminate after being subpoenaed to testify. And Issa has further demanded Justice stop blocking testimony from Cunningham underling Michael Morrissey. Advertisement
Compound this with a return shot from Committee Democrats attempting to absolve their administration allies, an outraged response from Sen. Chuck Grassley of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and yesterdays stunning, knives-are-out ultimatum by Issa to charge stonewalling Attorney General Eric Holder with contempt of Congress, and it would appear an opportunity to show the American people an ongoing cover-up happening before their eyes may be lost.
And perhaps not. Again, per Vanderboegh:

Labrador: why are you already
Moron 1 interrupting as Labrador was on a roll.
“praying for Holder & Tom Hanks? Hes baby-stepping.”
I didn’t word that very well...lol
Why then do I keep hearing the name of George Bush and other people in his administration, who were all gone when Fast & Furious was started?
Cummings whining about Labrador staying in context of Fast & Furious, when his buddy Clay was talking about Iran Contra and conspiracies. Hypocrite.
Did Holder just laugh at someone showing his pattern - did I hear him emit a “Hah!”
Labrador: why are you already
should be
Labrador: why are you always unprepared.
Labrador just slammed Holder!
Norton trying to stick up for Holder, doesn’t want anyone reminding anyone of the Marc Rich thing as it relates to Holder’s pattern of covering his own fanny.
Norton saying Issa is limiting her 1st admendment rights. But she respected that.
Norton angry.
Kucinich correcting the record on Tom Hanks.
Oh my gosh - Kucinich taking ten seconds to correct himself on Bill Murray - LOL!
Holder: Maybe this is the way you do things in Idaho or whereveryerfrum,...but I treat people with RESPECT.
Chutzpah!
Holder says Miss (yes, he said Miss) Labrador was disgusting. Maybe that is how you do things in Idaho or wherever it is you are from.
Disrespectful, I hold an office deserving of respect.
Fundamentally unfair.
Yep! And Holders people on the Committee continue to protect him! Holder gets to use his filibuster to make a statement!
“What a circus!”
You nailed it!
‘Rat Platt talks about civility, really Dems are civil? That’s funny right there!
Issa remarked that Bill Murray repeated it 38 times, LOL!
Holder: That was one of the worst things I have ever seen in Congress.
I am proud of the work I have done.
I hold an office that is deserving of respect.
Fundamentally unfair. Just not right.
WHINING AGAIN!
Holder has no respect for life or persons, unless it is his or “his people.” He is one arrogant SOB clocked in a thin veneer of polish.
Gowdy slamming Holder again!
