Seeing such wide agreement on this issue, I assume that if the SCOTUS were to rule on the NBC (not the TV network, dummy!) it would, I guess, rule to please the establishment, avoid rocking the boat, so that Soetero, just off the boat from Indonesia, can be declared to be the same boat as George Bush, i.e. a NBC.

The mainstream media, in lockstep with Obama, reported nothing of the events, in a stunning blackout on a truly historic hearing — one that discussed the eligibility of a sitting president to run for a second term. And more troubling was the fact that the media failed to acknowledge the even more sensational news — that the president and his defense attorney snubbed an official subpoena.
How can this even be happening? How can there be not one whistleblower at any of the media centers? Not one word.
How bad could it get? Could Obama slaughter kittens on video and still have no mention? Is there any negative thing he could do that would get a mention in the mainstream media?

I thought the judge was supposed to render his decision by Feb 1st?
I would have introduced Senate resolution 555 in its entirety. Remember that that resolution was the sense of the Senate that a natural born citizen had to have an American Citizen Father and an American Citizen Mother at the time of his birth. It was signed by every Senator present at that time - Democrat and Republican including the junior Senator from Illinois one Barack H. Obama. While the resolution applied to John McCain it reflected the Consitutional opinions of the entire Senate.
So, if Obama agreed to the resolutions verbiage (he did sign it after all instead of voting present) he knew well before the Democratic National Convention that he didn't meet the requirements of that resolution - see his own written and published words in his autobiography “Dreams of my Father.”
IMHO these two pieces of evidence, that were uncontested, would cause EXTREME heartburn for the Democrats at multiple levels during the 2012, 2014, and 2016 elections.
Which means, I gather, that the MSN has no objection in principle to the idea of an absolute monarch "governing" us. For only an absolute monarch can be said to be "above the law." Worse, the MSN — by deciding what is "fit to print" — on the supposition that what can be kept out of the public record never happened — are not impartial conveyors of on-the-ground reporting of important public events. Rather, they have chosen to be the handmaidens of creeping absolutism....

Let's see, if I neglected a judges ruling, or violated an order, you would see my face on the blotter tomorrow.
Emperors, dictators and such on the other hand, view these lower court rulings as frivolous. Annoying little things that drones or lower bureaucrats should handle. Definetly not to be bothered with by the annointed.
Societies quickly deteriorate when the upper, governing class, think the law no longer applies to them.
Jefferson was right about the liberty tree. The watering is long overdue.

There is only one conclusion: Obama and friends admit that - contrary to their public posturing over the last four years - there is a real problem with his constitutional eligibility for POTUS.

The decision of Judge Malihi regarding the eligibility of President Barack Obama to be on the Georgia Presidential Preference Primary ballot on March 6, 2012, could be sent to the office of Secretary of State Brian P. Kemp soon.
In a phone conversation with Ms. Ruff, the Judge's secretary, she stated that her impression was that the Judge would be making his final decision; and forwarding the case on to the Secretary of State's office as early at this evening - or Monday morning.
There is a lot of interest all across America concerning the Judge’s decision since the hearing was held here in Atlanta last month. The controversy is whether or not President Obama is a “natural born” citizen; which is required by the United States Constitution to be President.
Currently the Judge is going over all the aspects of the hearing with all of the “legal eagles” making sure that all the t’s are crossed and the i’s are dotted.”
