I just nicely slammed him for ignoring the two plaintiffs arguing the not-a-natural-born-citizen angle in his report.

The first two cases though were pretty straightforward on the NBC argument, and at least Taitz’s witnesses testimony got into the record.

Why would you say that? I doubt he is loving it at all, more than likely he’s pissed. He knows he doesn’t stand a snowballs chance in hell of winning Georgia, so he doesn’t care if they leave him off the ballot which they should do. I’m quite certain that if a person is ocnvicted of a felony that they cannot be the President (a felony is a “high crime”). This would work to not only make Obama ineligible to have his name on the ballot or to be a candidate for the office, but also could be used to unseat him from office.
