At the moment, even if the judge rules in plaintiff's favor, this is a non-issue.

The question is over the primary ballot. Obama has no primary challengers in GA. Regardless of anything, Obama will win the Dem nomination.

Now, if this leads to Obama being stricken from the November ballot, THAT will be something that will start a race war.
