I put this in the wrong thread. But here it is again.
http://www.riseupforamerica.com/
The day started with an in chambers meeting of the Lawyers where they/we were offered a default judgement since the Obama defense team refused to show up. This would have meant we won, well, sort of.., it would have meant that any ruling was NOT based on evidence.

I have not seen the actual documentation demonstrating place of birth and so the possibility exists that when such documents are obtained, they may turn out to be as fraudulent as the Hawaii birth documents we have seen. So at a minimum, it seems as though pursuit of an ineligibility case to a decision on the merits is a productive effort because it should ultimately force zero to come up with a description of his true birth situation and parentage. Money quote IMHO.

Check out David's # 1104.
ERATUM in #1104: Supposed to be: *Hawaii birth documents, not Florida birth documents*.
Thanks, David.
While you're in the neighborhood, check out # 1105 by Hotlanta Mike.
(Thanks, Mike.)

“Who is Mike Berlon, and how did he indicate that Obama will sue when the GA SOS keeps him off the ballot?”
See the separate thread on Rachel Maddow with a short video. He is the head of the Democrats in Georgia.

Valid? The judge would be lacking sense to accept or view these Internet pictures of dubious origins as 'true copies' and certianly not certified documents as true from any issuing authority. I didn't say I thought he would but you and I have not really seen the record in this proceeding so we don't know what else there is. Or, I see, you are even addressing my proposition of the basis on which he admitted them--well I guess as to that we don't know.
They are printouts of digitally generated fakes--I don't suppose I know what words he might have used. But he let them in.
Point is that they are in the record but that doesn't demonstrate, absent supporting evidence, that they prove anything other than that someone created them.

Thank you for the play-by-play. It must have been exciting to be ringside, so to speak!

Is the Judicial Branch Dead? No, just corrupt! The Constitution upon which they swore to uphold is just a piece of paper to them, utterly meaningless (and only worthy of their own personal interpretation). The wanton disregard (with judicial approval and contempt for) the Rule of Law is visible by all Americans. That a sitting president litigates AGAINST states for their attempts to uphold existing (immigration) law, and his "injustice" department rules for the perpetrators who were clearly attempting to impede voters is testament thereto.

"Glad you included that link. Every day Im more and more impressed with your brain and articulation. Ive no educational or experience creds - but do recognize thinking worth paying attention to!"
Thanks very much for the kind sentiment. I also have little in the way of formal higher education, but I read a lot, and some of the thinking/writing I've encountered here is as good as any I've found anywhere. There are lots of places where one can join discussions on eligibility, but FR is unique in that the participants are generally knowledgeable, civil (if they want to last long), and erudite. In other words, in this place, the forum is the antithesis of what our good FRiend DiogenesLamp terms an "idiotorium", which as a rule is what you'll find elsewhere, when this subject is broached.
To: Flotsam_Jetsome
