Romney does NOT have it in him.
The upcoming debates in which Gingrich will destroy Romney
will be seen as a warm-up match for how Gingrich will destroy his REAL foe, Barack Obama. It will be much easier for Gingrich to destroy Obama, in my view. But for now, Job One is to get past Romney decisively.

I haven’t been this excited about a GOP presidential candidate since 1984. This is great, great news.

Boris “the Mummy Paul” Karloff is droning on and on and I don’t understand a word he’s saying. I don’t think he even understands himself.I wish he’d crawl back in his sarcophagus and stay there.

Why is the loser of the primary talking so long? When did this tradition start?

I wanted to hear Palin but idiot Paul comes out and won't shut up!

Should Palin endorse him, consider the face on right NOW. Money would flow better and the public would awaken and pay attention.

She is who a large number of people would pay attention to. It would awaken and put life into the race. Welcome the possibility of that.

I am hoping that Santorum obtains not only the 3rd place but a commanding 3rd place over Ron Paul. And BTW, Paul is going on and on and on and on and on and on....ad nauseum. Can’t somebody get a HOOK for this guy???

Hi AFPhys, good to see you.

I would love to hear the attitude in the WH just now.
"Oh crap, I might have to debate this guy"

It’s time for the third placer to drop, but he’s not. Governor Rick Perry is both a patriot and Christian. Endorsing Newt was not the first time he put his country first, and it won’t be the last.

Sarah Palin is being allowed to speak after the break.

I sent my first (small) donation to a Presidential candidate the other day - Newt. After he B-Slapped that MSM punk at the debate, he went up several notches in my book.

On the surface the DNC is probably excited to face Newt. The think they can cart out all of his old baggage and rehash it for an easy victory in November.

As they start thinking about it, they start to get nervous. Why? Because Newt isn't afraid to fight unlike the establishment go-along-to-get-along politicians like Romney and McCain. Newt will get into the trenches, he's not afraid of the MSM and the Saul Alinsky tactics of the regime can and will be turned against them.

They are afraid of Newt. They are very afraid. That's why they keep touting Romney as the one they are afraid of, since he's the moderate. Deep down they know he's just a sheep and Newt is the wolf who will bite and attack.

Not even close! Latest results 41-27.
Now we need to take him out with a 1-2 punch in Florida. Not going to be easy. Hoping to see those contributions flowing in to Newt.
Tonight has been a great night for Americans, and a bad night for the elitist establishment in the GOP and the media.
Thank you Newt, for revving up the engines of those of us who think for ourselves.

Iowa doesn’t lose delegates because no delegates are apportioned. It’s a non-binding straw vote.

Money talks. Giving up delegates to get campaign cash is an easy choice for some. Campaigns spent $15 million in Iowa (3 million population). Florida spending could easily be 10 times that much!
