I was listening to the radio today and the local host pointed out that Romney had donated his entire inheritance to charity. I’m not sure if that was before or after he made his millions in business.
Agreed. This debate is ugly. And you're right. The only one who comes out looking somewhat clean is Romney. The things of the past need to go bye, bye. As far as I'm concerned, we're not learning anything new out of this debate and not really from any candidate either. Might as well have skipped this thing and the candidates could actually campagin.

This debate should be positive and attacks should be on Obama not on each other.
Santorum is whiny but Newt is responding and arguing with him too much. Newt should just dismiss Santorum and go on with his own ideas.
Newt is a little off his game tonight - understandable.
Can’t stand Santorum, but their little pi**ing matches are making Romney look cool and composed.
It was scary...Ron Pauls answer on global economics actually made sense.

Why all the Santorum hate?
Many Freepers are now locked into newt to fight mitt. They don’t understand that you can also fight mitt with Santorum. And Santorum won’t let the people of this country down. Newt let’s conservatives down Often. Freepers have just forgotten that. But since rick’s going after newt too, Freepers don’t like him. Also, he’s not fireworks. Rick is comfort food.

Perry, unfortunately, screwed the pooch in the first several debates where he made himself look like a buffoon (which he isn’t).
The debate IS boring because they all seem tired and John King passes bad vibes, frankly (as Newt would say).
Instead of asking when tax returns will be released , someone needs to ask when BO’s college transcripts will be released.

Newt won round one. Santorum has been going toe to toe with Newt much more than Romney. Romney is learning to defend his Bain years. Ron Paul is Ron Paul.

This debate is ugly. They probably should all just have skipped this one.
This debate looks bad because the last one was so good. Also there is almost no leadership/mgmt. from the moderator.
