Couple things...first I think it's tricky asking these questions with the International stage as volitile as it is of late. Also without the candidates knowing what's at stake they really can't say too much as that information isn't avaiable to them...it wouldn't be wise to comment too seriously without the real facts as they are.
They have commented on Iraq, Aphganistan, N.Korea, and a bbit on Syria...but tough to go there with the status as is
Additionally these types of questions will come for the Presidential Election IMO...and they aren't going to let all the cats out of the bag before we have our candidate chosen.

Mr Newt was my congressman at the time of the Clinton impeachment. I was very angry with him because I had worked to get him elected, had met him a few times and really liked and trusted him to do the right thing.
Now that Perry has bowed out, I will support Newt. All his baggage is out there. His ex did not say anything new today that she had not said before.
CNN will replay it at 10 pm and 1 am - both central time.
Santorums ego is big enough to take the bait without thinking out the consequences.

It does bother me that someone like Dick Morris saw the outcome so differently. I am hoping to hear some others give similar analysis. I also do believe that it is quite likely that the ex-wife story is going to bite Mr.Newt despite most of it having been out there for a long time - the question is how deeply.
How could anyone on twitter or otherwise be trying to push up Santorum’s debate performance. It was one of the worst I have seen this campaign season. His visuals were bad. Shaking his head when others were talking. Sounded petty at times. All bad debate 101 stuff.
His SOPA answer and reasons were horrible. But hey, thats policy stuff.
Worst thing of the nite.... his answer about his returns being on his computer and his wife couldn’t print them off. LOL. Dog ate my homework. That was a Rick Perry moment. (and I support(ed) Perry)
