Perry’s ‘Christian-themed’ messages won’t fly in NH...considered the least-’religious’ state in the union. You should see the nasty comments being made about Santorum in the local papers...if Perry was more than a blip on the radar in NH; he would be getting similar treatment.

NH is virtually indistinguishable from MA, etc.

I think you must never have been near the place, or outside the area of NH which is part of greater Boston.

The same goes for MD. The Balto. metro area and the DC suburbs swing MD for the Demonrats, but rural western MD and the Eastern Shore are mostly Republican.

The other thing:

Newt splits are 10-9 men/women
Santorum splits are 9-12 men/women

54-45 men/women splits in the party.

Santorum has the highest support among women among all republicans in terms of percentages.

Gingrich support under 34s - 6 percent to Santorum with 9 percent. Santorum is only losing to those over 65, and even there, only to 65+ year old men.

Every other demographic, men, women, etc is breaking to Santorum over Newt.

Education wise, Newt has a slight advantage among those who are graduate students.

Santorum is getting 13 percent among those married, 5 percent among those who are unmarried.

We knew NH wouldn’t go conservative but to see the 3 conservatives candidates at 11, 10 and 1 is pretty discouraging.

Of course, Perry didn’t even campaign there, but Newt and Santorum did.

NH and IA are both swing states. TX, UT, and WY are not. Political parties want to nominate people who can win nationally, which means winning swing states.

The Republican Party in NH has to pull their heads out of their asses and close it down to registered Republicans only, what a farce...

I am seriously considering moving to another party tonight, this is a joke. Rove says record tunrout...yeah, record number of Massholes coming across to vote for Paul, who at 24% out does his 17% polling.

"Is the registration process in NH so inept that people who legally reside in MA can come up and register in NH? "

They have same day or previous day registration, no pic ID required.

So Romney AGAIN had his Massachusetts Legion
cross the border to vote FOR HIM in NH.

Why does Romney get twice the time of other candidates
in debates?

Why do his Mormons and Legion of RomneyBOT get
to VOTE in two elections?
This is criminally unfair.

Perry did as well in Iowa as Newt and Rick did tonight in NH.

Should they drop out as well?
Did anyone think NH would vote differently?

VERY CONSERVATIVE:

30 Romney
29 Santorum
18 Gingrich
17 Paul
1 Perry

Perry’s done. So’s Newt, unless he pulls these numbers up.

ABC news hinting that the others should drop out now. "this train's going to be impossible to stop"

what a crock

Heard the US Senator from New Hampshire (Shaheen), a Democrat? Anyways, this skank said live on local NH radio this a.m. for ANYONE registered in ANY PARTY to come and vote in the Republican primary. She specifically said "Democrats are welcome.".

What in holy hell is a DEMOCRATIC US SENATOR PUBLICLY TELLING DEMOCRATS TO VOTE IN THE INTERNAL REPUBLICAN NOMINATION ELECTION IN HER STATE!!???

ABC News essentially says the 2012 Republican Nomination is over and that Mitt Romney will be the party nominee. Really, essentially, this is their analysis. Laura Ingraham and Karl Rove and Juan McCain are sure smiling tonight.

How in the heck is the inspiration of Obamacare winning the Conservative vote?

I really can’t stand the establishment country club RINOS.

Trippi says 51% OF Huntsman voters are satisfied with Obama. He is done after FL. Santorum and Huntsman game the system by camping in one state in order to get on the map, but also split conservative votes in the end.

2008 was the year when the disastrous Bush regime and John “you have nothing to fear from Sen. 0bama” McCain dragged the Rebublicans down to defeat. People learn from their experience. The St. legislature is now controlled by Republicans. The incumbent Demonrat Gov. looked at the state of affairs and decided to retire. We may get a conservative R. gov. next time around.

Santorum’s numbers are not bad.

He’s winning among those who are ‘very conservative’. Leaving Newt in the dust.

He’s gone from 1 percent to 10 percent confirmed in NH. That’s decent. Would be nice to see him take 4th here, but we shall see.

I’m not discouraged by a 10x increase in support.
