On the US side of things, we talk about cyber warfare, and we emphasize how important it is, but we don’t really spend much on it, and with the coming budget cuts, we will probably spend a lot less. We are vulnerable.

Or maybe the Hacker will wake up dead. Israelis aren't as stupid as you suggest. Different attacks require different responses. Maybe his ISP will disappear. Or maybe the country he is from will disappear. Let's wait and see.
