I say it's scary sometimes how much we think alike. Sarah said no, Herman was demonized out of the race. Looking at who is left Newt seems the best of the rest. Michelle never had a chance. Sorry if that offends some. I will never cast a vote for Ron Paul until he apologizes for his 9/11 comments. Huntsman looks interesting but I don't trust him. Santorum comes off as a spoiled child. And I don't want the US to become a big Massachusetts.

My goal is to follow my tagline. That way anyone in charge can be controlled.

I don't hold out hope but I keep praying Sarah will reconsider somehow someway.

Sarah would have to declare pretty soon. Realistically, that means reconsidering in the next week and making a decision to run.

Alas, it seems she is content where she is. But we can still dream...........

Newt was my choice from the beginning. I’m old enough to remember the accomplishments he made as speaker. I also heard him speak through the years after he was speaker. I kept up with his ideas for resolving problems as the nation faced them. He never went away - he was always there.

I gave Perry a chance since he’s my governor, but know him and thought he would have trouble getting the right words out, and he did. He doesn’t have the capability, knowledge, of Newt and that’s just the way it is.

If we don’t have Newt instead of Obama, I am sure in my mind that America will perish.
