Nothing will happen to this communist lowlife racist lying scumbag creep. He just won’t answer any questions he doesn’t want to, won’t give any documents that he doesn’t want to, and he’ll just perjure himself relentlessly, and prolifically. He knows he will not be held responsible or prosecuted for anything whatsoever. These bastards are all criminals, and seemingly above the law these days. I hope he has a damn heart attack.
Good live blogging at link below for those who want to catch up on the hearing or those who can’t watch live.

Thanks for that link. Issa came out firing in his opening statement. When I find the transcript, I will post.
Holder is ever the arrogant stonewalling weasel.
Smokeyblue’s link also has LIVE link to the hearing.

My Congressman obviously came armed and ready to take on Holder..........Update at 10:25am EST: Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R-WI) asks Holder if he thinks the ‘buck stops with you.’ Holder basically accepted responsibility without accepting accountability. He also referred to the February 4th letter that DOJ ultimately withdrew. Called for Deputy Attorney General Lanny Breuer to be fired. Sensenbrenner is asserting that someone at the DOJ ‘lied’ and that ‘heads should roll.’ Holder says no one at the Justice Department ‘lied’ (that’s a lie).
Update at 10:29am EST: Wow. Sensenbrenner is threatening impeachment. In response, Holder whips out the tired ‘Inspector General’ argument.
Holder questioned about the “inaccuracies” in the letter given by DOJ to congress and subsequently withdrawn was based on information given by underlings to supervisors then passed on by this letter.
Why wasn’t the follow up to his statement - which underlings gave this “inaccurate” information and why haven’t they been fired?
Answering your question here also.
Chairman announced they have to adjourn to vote. They will take NO lunch recess and will reconvene when the voting is finished (expected to be about 20 min). Hearing will end at 1:15pm.
Issa has enough goods on Holder that he (thru his subordinates) confessed “I lied to Congress under oath”.
Issa is just boxing him in now so it doesn’t matter what he does or doesn’t do, he’s toast.
And in related news, Blagojevich was just convicted to 14 years for much less, involving a certain player also involved in F&F. There’s lots of hope.
And I'm not at all surprised that the Dems are doubling down asking what more can Congress do to help you - oh beloved Mr. Holder.
Nothing pisses me off more than when I'm on a conservative site discussing how crooked, devious and evil our govt has become and someone posts “your tinfoil is on a little too tight”. Watch this crap and tell me that.
Issa has used that question before, and I expect we’ll hear it again before the day ends.
Nice link. Thanks. Gonna be entertaining.
The word “impeachment” was used in earnest.
Good. Nice to see who tops the “Players” chart.
Answer by Holder to Sensenbrenner to the question: “What’s the difference between lying and misleading Congress in this context (regarding the withdrawn letter):
Holder:”well...eh, if you want to have this legal argument, conversation, it all has to do with your state of mind and whether you had the requisite intent to come up with something that can be considered perjury or a lie.”
Sensenbrenner: The wagons down the street are in a pretty tight circle, Mr AG. The American people need the truth. And they haven’t gotten the truth from what has been coming out of the Justice Dept in the last year and they are relying on Congress to get the truth.
Update at 11:37am EST: Rep. Mel Watt (D-NC) is announcing that he’s not going to talk about Fast and Furious. Instead, he’s going to highlight the Attorney General’s positives (time for a power nap).
Before I start dozing, it’s interesting to note that Watt is a registered member with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) caucus.
