A last-ditch drive ends in disappointment for Penn State, which loses to Nebraska, 17-14. Not having any timeouts crippled the offense, which completed two passes short of a first down, including one with seconds left, but couldn't stop the clock.
This is a different Saturday in State College. Immediately after McGloin's final pass fell incomplete, the Penn State crowd cheered the team's effort: the cheering grew to a roar as the two teams again met a midfield, such as they did right before the game.
Again, as occurred several times during the game, there were chants of "We love JoePa." Interviewed after the game, interim coach Tom Bradley said that what Penn State has gone through over the last week is "unprecedented in the history of college sports."

Penn State has gone through over the last week is “unprecedented in the history of college sports.”
The disclosure of what has been occurring at Penn State is unprecedented in history of college sports, and the hideousness of what was perpetrated against young boys at Penn State is unprecedented, but the University has gone thru very little from what I can see, and the fans have little if any remorse.
What a shame these kids have to be punished because of a degenrate homosexual and the LGBT-loving administrators who protected him. These boys came to Penn St. on purpose. They passed up Notre Dame, Florida, Oklahoma, LSU, etc...for this school. Their entire careers may be screwed by this. In the old days, a predatory faggor would have been strung from the nearest tree. But Penn St.’s President declared in 2000 that PSU would be “the most LGBT-friendly school in the nation”. WHY IS EVERYONE IGNORING THE HOMO FACTOR? If these had been girls no one ever would have allowed this creature to be so close with them for so long.

You would not believe how many cd’s I trashed after 9/11/01, because of the mean, stupid, anti-American crap that the artists were spouting. Tom Petty, the Pretenders, Springsteen, etc. And that was just for their unpatriotic-ness.
