I felt nothing in Topeka but that’s quite a distance from the epicenter.

I agree sir. The Lord will, I truly believe, soon call out His church and let the games begin! People think it is hell here now, they ain't seen nothing yet if they are left behind. I try to tell that too everyone who is a nonbeliever, AND to those who think they are saved by their good works here on earth and by just being a good ole boy or girl. Simply, ain't gonna happen. 1 Cor 15: 1-4. Paul's gospel. THAT is the only way. Believe, speak it, accept it, believe He is who He said He is. THEN, then the good works IN HIS NAME, not good works to think you can buy your way in. Sadly, many in these feel good, mega, Joel Osteen types are going to be here the day after and be wondering, “Where did Fred go?” Sad day indeed.

. . .Vans Pig Stands I'll take that under advisement, but I find it hard to be believe they'll beat Ingrid's Kitchen in OKC. Amazing Reubens (everything made on site, including the sauerkraut and pastrami), bratwurst in your choice of pork, beef, or veal (!!), phenomenal cakes with real buttercream frosting, . . .

Hey! I live in Memphis, HOME of REAL BBQ. My husband was from OKC and loved Van’s. I do as well.
There are a lot of GOOD eating places in Oklahoma City.

That sounds scary.
Hope it’s not a pre-quake to the Big One.

I would love to have lunch with you, but I actually live in Memphis, Tn. My husband was from OKC and we would visit often. They used to go to Harmony Christian Church and we went with them.
Where do you live?

I don’t know who in Oklahoma hopes for death and destruction in California due to natural disasters. I know most people here have more class than that.
My point is that people in different parts of the country get shaken up more by acts of nature not common to their area. In Oklahoma, we rarely get an earthquake that can be felt and I don’t recall many tornados in California.
