Just the basics of what I've located so far. Scouring Monster, Linkedin, Facebook, and Monster to see if I can get a positive hit on an identity.
I can't find anything else showing if he was convicted or not, other than a link of his PAC at Cracker Barrel to the Tom Delay case.
I don't know, I just find it weird he skipped town at the same time the women was lodging her complaint. Something smells rotten here.
I could be chasing a dead end, but thought some might find it interesting.

I’m afraid to do a new post in the main forum, but she matches ALL the details. I’m terrified if I’m wrong I might get sued, but it matches.
To not get sued, all you need to do is say something like “So-and-so left around the time the allegations were made; she might know more about what happened.”

I guess I should emphasize that I am not a lawyer.
Another thing that is commonly done, but you need to be a bit more careful of, is to write an article “Is XXXX the woman?” which doesn’t draw any conclusions, but lists your evidence. If you write this style of article, it’s good form to contact her and ask.
I’m emailing the Admin Mod/JR. If they think there’s enough to go with, let them publish it.
I am not a lawyer either...my advice is NOT to announce her name to the general public, rather pass the story to some conservative media that you trust...who have more experience and more resources in such matters.

I don’t know a thing about her (whoever she may be) and don’t care one way or the other. This entire brouhaha is just a nonsensical hatchet job character assassination attempt being conducted by the elite establishment GOP progressive RINO corpse (not a misspelling) who are scared witless that their liberal RINO du jour is going to be defeated by a common grassroots tea party conservative. They did the same thing to Sarah Palin and several other tea party candidates. Karl Rove and Co can shove their liberal RINO where the sun don’t shine.
