I guess I should emphasize that I am not a lawyer.

Another thing that is commonly done, but you need to be a bit more careful of, is to write an article “Is XXXX the woman?” which doesn’t draw any conclusions, but lists your evidence. If you write this style of article, it’s good form to contact her and ask.
