Perhaps, CW, you may stop this incessant trashing of HC. Your boy has resoundingly proven himself an incompetent.

10/02/11:"My reaction is, that's just very insensitive," Cain told Fox. "[There] isn't a more vile, negative word than the N-word, and for him to leave it there as long as he did, before I hear that they finally painted over it, is just plain insensitive to a lot of black people in this country."

10/03/11: “All I said was the mere fact that that word was there was ‘insensitive,’ ” Cain said outside Trump Tower in Manhattan, N.Y., according to the National Review. “That’s not playing the race card. I am not attacking Gov. Perry. Some people in the media want to attack him. I’m done with that issue!”

Herman Cain is a good judge of character.

Until Cain clears up what happened at his old job I can’t support him or encourage others to vote for him.

Herman Cain was never fond of Rick Perry

One of the things I like about the guy...

While it’s the most sensational by far, it isn’t Cain’s first attack on Perry.

It won't be his last. He probably can't stand a Christian who actually thinks you should walk the talk.

People on the right are acting exactly as the left did toward Clinton. They continue to justify Cain's actions. Then you have obama that will not take any blame or responsibility, it is always someone else's fault.

Cain needs to grit up his loins and be a man. Not only is he lying, he is pointing his finger all around him instead of what he should have done in the first place. Admit his error ask forgiveness and moved on. Now he is using rules for radicals as a tactic. Boy, we do not need another obama or a clinton in the WH with a R after his name.

Oh I get it. So to cover up for your guy, you try and make it seem like its Cain's fault because he never like Perry- and therefore, Perry is justified in what he did?

I swear you Perrykrishnas are so predictable.

I'm not fond of Perry either. His telling me I don't have a heart was the nail in the coffin.

Accusing Perry was a huge, huge tactical error and only plays into the hands of Romney and the Dems. Get rid of TWO Republican candidates for the price of ONE! Very stupid on Cain’s part. I’ve donated to his campaign but since he and his staff were given notice that the information was forthcoming, they should have come up with a cohesive plan. What were they thinking???

As far as Cain not being a politician is concerned, that’s all fine and good, but he’s playing on a national stage now with every word, gesture, and look parsed.

I think it's coming to light that Cain IS a trasher. He did the same thing with "the rock".

There was an incident at some point during his tenure as Pres of the National Restaurant Association and Cain is blaming everyone and their mother for it coming to light.

Yet, I believe he said he told some staffers that it may come to light. Well, surprise!!!

Good ol’ Rachel the Weener.

The globalist-elitist GOP attack on Cain will not end until the nation’s hopes of recovery are dashed on the rocks of GOP elitism.

Given the fact that Perry’s campaign manager is Cain’s from his Senate run in the mid 2000’s... odds are that Perry’s campaign is the source.

THREE-PEAT ...

This incident is so obviously orchestrated to smear Herman Cain that it’s disgusting and laughable at the same time.

Who’s behind it? In my NOT so humble opinion ... ALL the Rich and Powerful from both sides of the aisle and in the middle ... Just like in 2008 when McCain threw the election to Obama ... as he was probably TOLD to do by those Rich and Powerful entities ... they KNOW that Herman Cain WILL NOT be scared off. They also know that the only Candidate who can face off with Obama on Obama’s visceral level is another BLACK man ... not just any Black man, but an AMERICAN, not a half-Kenyan ... and if this happens many voters will ‘convert to Cain.’

Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky didn’t get this kind of Media attention or screw-tiny.

When Herman Cain accused Texas Gov. Rick Perry of leaking damaging information about his rival last night, there was little love lost. Sources say there is no personal animosity between the two candidates. But Cain, in deflecting attention away from himself in this controversy, seized on a familiar target.

Two problems here. First, there are NO REAL FACTS that have been presented in the allegations against Cain. All there is are unsubstantiated innuendo.

But, then, we have Cain making unsubstantiated allegations against Perry. And we have "sources" claiming that there is no personal animosity between them. Horse hockey!! Cain threw down the race card on Perry and the rock story without knowing all the facts. And, IMO, this is phase two of Cain's race card.

While the Cain allegations are titillating, there is nothing to substantiate them. And, Cain's allegations against Perry are in the same category - unsubstantiated. However, no animosity!?? I think not. When the Perry rock story broke, Cain didn't hesitate throwing the race card, even though he didn't have all (or any, for that matter!) the facts. So, this appears to be the next level of CAIN'S animosity towards Perry. Perry, for his part, doesn't appear to have any animosity towards Cain, so I think that part of the "sources" quote is true!!

I have to wonder if Cain dislikes Perry because he’s the only southern white guy in the race. Between his mealy-mouthed statement on affirmative action and his blaming the bearer of bad news, I’m starting to have serious doubts about this guy. It’s one thing for him to do this against the Democrats, and quite another to do it against fellow Republicans.
