President Barack Obama will make stops at an airbase and fire station in Virginia on Wednesday, the third and last day of his bus tour aimed at pressuring Congress to pass his jobs package.
Obama will discuss the importance of hiring American veterans during a stop at the Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
Later in the afternoon, he'll urge Congress to pass his $447 billion jobs plan while speaking to firefighters in North Chesterfield, Virginia.
The president continued hammering Republicans over their opposition to his jobs plan Tuesday, casting them as unwilling to support fair sacrifices in order to help a struggling middle class.
After visiting a computer lab and robotics workshop at a southern Virginia high school, Obama told a jammed auditorium at another school in Emporia that Republican opposition to his job plan makes no sense.

Teachers don’t produce jobs, they are not job producers, and at least here the campaigns are underway to raise our property taxes to pay ...the TEACHERS.
We’ve bailed out the schools and teachers and city services once already. The money simply went to the unions...
The aspects he is touting don’t produce real jobs. It does nothing for the private sector and I think we all realize this.
On an earlier thread I said that if the demwits tacked on a rider to this so called jobs bill, that made all gun laws in the US null and void(I know, not legal)and then paid for a new handgun for any citizen who wanted it, I might push congress to vote for it.

He should be touring Blue states, their boys control the Senate that crushed the bill.
How about he shifts his forums to some place other than community colleges? Maybe like the Chamber of Commerce in the areas?
The fact the numbers attending is not promoted, the answer is few.
