The TEA (Taxed Enough Already) party sprang up in spontaneous rebellion to big government's big spending, big taxing ways. TARP, the bailouts, the PORKULUS package and ObamaCare lit the fuse. TEA partiers support the constitution's limited government restrictions. TEA partiers are non-partisan, i.e., we oppose the big government, big spending, big taxing moves of both the major political parties.
This is an open rebellion against business as usual big spending, overreaching government! We demand a return to constitutionally limited government!!
The socialist/progressive Democrat party is our natural enemy and they understand that and attack us accordingly.
The big government RINO socialist/progressive wing of the Republican party is also our natural enemy and they attack us accordingly. They fear us, but they NEED us. They despise us, spit on us, call us right-wing extremists and hateful bigots, but beg us for our votes. They EXPECT us to bend over in the end and willingly accept their BIG GOVERNMENT candidates and programs without any real opposition.
Oh, they may try to sugar coat it a bit, and placate us here and there with some smooth talk, and toss us a bone from time-to-time with conservative head feints, but it's clear they have no intention of ever changing their evil progressive ways.
The progressive wing of the GOP does not really comprehend that the TEA party rebellion is aimed squarely at THEM!!
They believe that we have nowhere else to go and that fear of an Obama second term will compel us to vote for a Republican version of BIG GOVERNMENT, big spending, big taxing, constitution ignoring progressive liar of a candidate.
Got news for them.
The TEA party rebellion is made up of tens of millions of liberty-loving, patriotic citizens who are totally fed up with corrupt, lying, two-faced, smooth-talking, big government socialists, corrupt crony capitalist bastard, progressives, Marxists, etc, and it makes no difference to us which party they belong to. And we're madder than hell and loaded for bear!!
This is OPEN REBELLION at the ballot box!!
TEA party hating elite establishment, Romney, Rove & Co., had best get used to it. Your any RINO but Obama gig is up!!

The conservative branch of the GOP is on the offensive and the RINO's are in utter confusion. We need to take back the party and continue pushing for the strong values we hold most dear.

Let's try to stay on topic. You're dragging irrelevant arguments from another thread, something that's against FR rules. You've made posts that mention other freepers without pinging them. That's a good way to get suspended. Now I wonder if you're just trying to hijack Jim Robinson's to get you embarrassing posts pulled.
We were talking about Stiver. I said he was a RINO. You said “NO. He's my congressman.” I showed you his record. You said “That’s not his record.” Then I found your post to Comparative Advantage. Where you didn't go ballistic when Comparative Advantage called Stiver a RINO and pro-abortion. Could we now agree Stiver is an accepted RINO by Freeper standards? Do you need the quotes of other Freepers? Do we need to define what lesser of 2 evils means? We really need to get past this point before moving on to every post you might find to obfuscate the poor case you are making. :)

I don’t know if Cain had a chip on his shoulder but I don’t trust him personally....Then I read a thread where someone mentioned his church....All black church where a woman was awarded for a sermon on why she loves Obama.....I watched a couple of YouTube vids....I have a black friend of 30 years who goes to an all black church who voted Obama....The abortion issue alone doesn’t seem to matter to black Christians, yet they “Praise God , Halleluah Jesus” which is something I just don’t get.....I can’t help it, but it has affected the friendship and my sense of repect....It’s hypocritical of the black community and when I watched those vids I saw emotionalism moving the congregation, not the Holy Spitit......Why does Cain continue to go to a church like that?....I don’t know....

He chose Mitt as the only one he’d considering being a VP for. And Mitt is the one who doesn’t even register on our screen. Imagine that and they want to quiet OW!
If name calling vs. discussion is your thing, you belong on another forum. No was whining, esp. not itssme, and I never implied that so whatever you chose to read into what I said is your own problem. I’ve heard the concern about 999 adding to this person or that person’s tax burden. I was pointing out that it’s merely a starting point for serious reform. Should Cain be elected, there’s a long way to go before anyone sees any change, for better or worse.
