Just seems a bit odd that Mr. Limbaugh has not commented (unless I missed it) on Gov. Palin's decision.

She wasn’t a candidate a month ago.
She’s not a candidate today.
What’s really changed?

Not sure why he would spend time on it. Plenty to fill his 3 hours talking about those who are running, Wall Street protesters, Obama’s abuses of power, etc.
To: rpage3
He commented forcefully yesterday practically the entire show. Read between the words he spoke.

I did listen, but didn't catch his "drift".
Give me a hint, please :)
Rush was very audible when Christie made his (big) announcement not to run.

As much as those that love Palin want her to be a power behind a candidate, I really think she is done...I liked her but she took herself out of the political arena...I don't think she will draw the crowds she once did when she was a possible candidate....I think she may be part of a republican admin. if conservatives win, but outside of that she has less power than she had.....Her decision to not run was probably the best for her family, for that no one can blame her. She waited too long to tell those that were behind her candidacy, building up hope's too high....

That seems more like a Steve Jobs (outfit) tribute.

Nothing changed. I just thought, for sure, he’d have had something to say about her not running; that’s all. As far as I can tell, he has said nothing about the subject.

Yes it was that too. But it was also pointed and forceful commentary about Sarah Palin’s decision.

Rush is pouting because Sarah went on Levin’s program to announce her decision.

To: Jane Long
Exactly. It’s just seems odd to me - he spent a lot of time talking about Apple/Jobs and not a word on this subject.

Non-candidate = non-comments.
Most of the real world wasn’t hinged on Palin’s “decision”

I believe your assessment is correct and I think the media would gladly look to marginalize her now. We’ll see.

Rush made a statement on September the 28th that she was not running, I am sure he had a heads up, and an off the record communication with her. No big deal, I am sure they have each others personal phone numbers.

I keep wondering the same thing. I find it extremely odd. I kinda expected Levin to say a little something about it yesterday as well.
