I don't speak in terms of "you all". I do think there are plenty of people how find the idea of an attractive female teacher seducing a young male student to be less than shocking. Our culture has celebrated the concept many times over and it has had a very obvious effect.
I know the GUILTY/NOT GUILT stuff is done in fun. I also know that when the teachers in those stories start being men, and the young students are 13 year old girls, there's going to be a lot less fun in those threads.

Seems there is a verdict available to them called "didn't do it" (although I suppose that is a rather inelegant translation of the Italian).
I don't know if that report is correct. But I do know you can't apply the same truisms commonly repeated in America, about a "not guilty" verdict not equalling "innocent."

Huh, that's interesting. I was wondering about possible differences between the Italian and American systems, but a "innocent" verdict would really be different. If indeed the court said she "didn't do it", I wonder what new evidence was introduced to prove that she "didn't do it"? I haven't heard anything about new evidence, only that some of the old evidence was successfully challenged by Knox's lawyers.

Did anyone else catch the erroneous comments by the judge in that interview with BOR? He said there was a party the night Meredith was killed, that it was unknown who stabbed Meredith (Rudy Guede was convicted of the murder, his dna was in and on her, palm and foot prints and other dna), and that Patrick Lumumba, Amanda's boss, was convicted of the crime, and that the "other man assisted" in the murder. I watched the 11 pm segment again to make sure I heard him right, and sure enough he said all that. I'm a little stunned that he was being interviewed by BOR while being so ignorant of the facts.

Actually in Italy it is. She and her boyfriend were declared innocent on the murder charges today. The Italian court system has the option of two different verdicts: 1) there wasn’t enough evidence to convict or 2) they had nothing to do with the murder. This jury and judge panel went with the second option. They believe they are both innocent of the murder charges.

WRONG Lancey! I’m not clueless - unlike you I haven’t kept up with the story. That doesn’t make me clueless but in the ‘not interested’ category. I heard about it when it happened and didn’t follow it at all. Didn’t know there was an appeal going on. Read up on it today and found out the truth. Something that you are not capable of - that makes you the clueless one - following it but unable to see what was going on!
All the little comments you posted - you seem to want to hold on to whatever you read from the deranged prosecutor via their media. Good - they need suckers like you/others who can be easily swayed - you have the same mindset of barry voters - whatever the media says is truth and remain unteachable!
She’s already ahead of you - she’s out and on her way to, hopefully, making millions while you’re still sucking your thumb dipped in pasta propaganda!
