Last night I wrote my thoughts on just what might possibly be going on in the Palin camp (which we know is comprised of Sarah and Todd):
Have you watched her interviews over the past few months? The commentary she uses to defer the “BIG question” is either, “still contemplating the huge life-changing decision” or more famously – “do I need a title to make a difference?”
It seems to me these statements are more like her “I can’t announce right here and now” rebuttal – and it’s absolutely brilliant. She keeps the world guessing, gives the media the runaround, and formulates a strategy to give her competitors the shock of their life.
The purpose of this verbiage is to create an atmosphere for complete and total surprise. It’s her “poker face,” her “expressionless face,” a face without any interpretable expression – as that of a good poker player, someone who doesn’t show any emotion of reaction so that people don’t know what they are planning.
Tonight Governor Palin spoke with Judge Napolitano on the Fox Business Channel. When asked about her plans for 2012 she replied, “You know, I hold my political cards close to my chest, I’ve certainly learned lessons along those lines and I’m going to continue to do that until I’m ready to make an announcement – this is a serious decision and I’m engaged in serious deliberations and within the next 24 hours don’t look for me to make a decision.”
All I have to say is, remind me never to play a hand of poker with the Governor.
I haven’t been able to find fault with anything she has done since she landed in Ohio and reminded me that there are still a few real people in politics.

However this game has crossed the silly threshold. I'm FED UP with wondering what this woman will do. We've had our 5th date and she hasn't given it up.
Time to move on.
She promised "by the end of September". If come Oct 1st she has not announced, I'll pick another candidate and move on.
She isn't running.
That was a long way to go for that punchline....
We all know how the Book ends, we just don’t know when.
From my own perspective, I am 34 years closer to the end of this age than when I first believed (although we noted at the time that Christians in various 3rd world countries had been looking for the rapture as an escape to their persecution for centuries.)
I am still convinced that the mantle is SP’s to pick up if so led. That must weigh heavily, but God will empower you, her, or any other Believer to face any test if you are in His will.
It freaks non-evangelicals out, but it is how God works.
This civilization will end, maybe soon, maybe many years from now.
We must do what we see as the right thing regardless!

Serious people don’t quit their elected office to do a reality tv show with Kate Freakin’ Goslin.

The only way Palin can win is to first outwit and outmaneuver the GOP ruling-class.
You obviously just want the same old go-along to get-along BS that we keep getting.

Gov. Palin’s continue inactivity and mixed messages have become unsupportable.
All that is left is weak attempts at ridicule for people who can read the writing on the wall. I am sure many here know the ending to that particular passage...
