Anyone tell me why the hell the GOP has no forced this racist out by now and those who were put into the DOJ under Holder.

sue states which enforce the law but ignore states which break the law.
Fast and furious, black racists out side a voting station and it’s all on camera, slam dunk case for sure.

I could go on but you all know the facts unlike it seems the GOP and the corrupt media.

a U.S. law t hat prohibits companies from bribing foreign officials.

Of course it is perfectly okay to use the power of the federal government to harass individuals, companies and groups with whom the administration has a political disagreement.

While the press screamed to high heaven about Nixon's enemies list, I doubt this will get more than a cursory, snide, "See we told you Murdoch was evil." kind of treatment out of the mainstream press.

“possible payments made by its U.K. tabloid newspapers to British policemen”

And Holder thinks that he has jurisdiction?

It’s great to be the Dear Reader in a post constitutional country.

Republicans had best get Holder for drug and gun running. Nary a peep from those idiots.

I don’t mind Murdoch being prosecuted if he broke the law. But the law applies to everyone in this country - not only the polticial and social enemies of Dear Reader.

Methinks Eric has a long future of being on the receiving-end of federal indictments ahead of him once he and Ubama flee the country.

Gangster government. With the scandals mounting up, the regime tries to intimidate the one news outlet which will call public attention to them. If they can get FNC to keep quiet, they don’t really need to worry about the stories becoming big news. All they have to worry about then is the bad economic news, which they hope to get people to blame on Bush.

Hey Holder, don’t bite off than you can chew. If you and your commie muslim boss in the white hut try to shut down Fox News channel you are in for a rude awakening. Have you commie bastards ever heard of the silent majority?

The rodent-faced racist punk Holder should have a care picking on Old Rupert. Among other things, Murdock has lots of money and is married to a real tigress. Put all that in the mix and one fine day Murdock might have the full book on the racist punk Holder. And Murdock buys ink by the barrel, as the old saying goes.

Holder - FO

You got no jurisdiction over a British company bribing a british cop, and you are gonna screw up the case that is currently heading to the courts. Unless that is your intent, of course.
Ain’t you got more pressing problems to go after in your own country?

Holder wants to bring down FoxNews and he will do anything he has to do to be successful. Obama tried to freeze out FoxNews right from the start but Big Media (surprisingly) stood with FoxNews. This is the most disgusting, hyper-partisan Admin ever!

This is certainly not what that law was intended to cover. Here is the DOJ's own guide to the FCPA:

The anti-bribery provisions of the FCPA make it unlawful for a U.S. person, and certain foreign issuers of securities, to make a corrupt payment to a foreign official for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business for or with, or directing business to, any person. Since 1998, they also apply to foreign firms and persons who take any act in furtherance of such a corrupt payment while in the United States.

In other words, the law is intended to prevent American businesses from bribing foreign officials to get business abroad. Paying a cop for a news tip is not what this was intended to cover.

Of course, the actual language of the statute is very broad, which is what Obamaholder is seizing on.

This is a spectacular overreach where this POS administration hopes it can bury Fox News.

Murdoch should double down on ATF coverage, murders and Holder's perjury.

It was Holder that said - no one is above the law- when talking about CIA and torture investigations.

The community organizer and chief has covered all the bases with his appointments. He has consolidated his power and made the congress an empty body. The Czars he has appointed are now his private shadow government doing his bidding. If you thnk this man is just inexperienced and not ready for prime time you are wrong. He has a plan and it is moving along nicely and he adresses the public with the things they want to hear.
